I had the full winter rebate last year and with the last cheque they sent me it said i had been registered for this years and would recieve payments automatically.
Do you think i should phone i still have the letter.

I rang up and was told I would recieve this years allowance as I had it last year and they sent a letter out to confirm this.It makes quite a difference to the winter fuel bills.

Any ideas where i can find written info on this. British Gas are being most unhelpful on the matter, to the point of rudeness, stating that it is a telephone offer only. Methinks that's madness - signing people up for something that they can't see the Ts & Cs beforehand!
