  • Morning ladies
Hope we are all ok , and happy due date to harley and squishy, Still no internet at home which is good because i have been cleaning up and even done some ironing last night, but then that upset me because it's was clothes that i will not be able to wear for months. Have my 28 week check at the midwife on thursday, does anyone know what happens is it the same as the 24 week check etc. Eating for England at the moment. those vibes to those in need, Sorry not sure how to put it on but we are getting the babystyle http://www.babystyle.co.uk/zPrestige%2009.htm pram a present from either my parents or his. Also is anyone else having or had a baby shower found out my mum is planning one which a mate of mine slipped up about and now I dont know if i should tell my mum i know or not
Darling son born 10/12/09 hopefully the 1st of many :j
  • 22 office days to go, not that I am counting or anything…

Hope you are all well this morning!

A trip to ikea found the right size cupboard that fell off the wall and isn't salvageable so weekend mess on way to being fixed, for only £23. Popped round to inlaws on the way and one of their neighbour’s has given us a load of stuff including a monitor that a quick google shows retails about 50 quid so that’s one less thing to buy (not even sure I had it on my list actually!). And I got the HIP grant in my bank account today, about 10 days after I sent the forms off. This handily covers my last eye loan repayment due out on Thursday so after that am debt free :) except for the new house survey on my credit card :(

Todays mission - ebaying like mad trying to get a baby bjorn sling - fess up, who's got the snipping software that keeps outbidding me at the last few seconds?!!!!

My plan for the day is to get out all my old clothes and put them back in the wardrobe and pack up most of my maternity clothes. I'm hoping I'm only going to need another couple of changes of maternity clothes until I can get back into at least some of my "normal" stuff (albeit probably with help of a bump band for a while) and I can't wait!

always - when i see your posts and sig i see you as waaaay ahead of me, but it's 9 days!! So stop scaring me :D:D
  • Lou don't tell your mum if she has been trying to do it as a surprise she will be disappointed if you tell her you know. if she asks on the day you could say i thought something was happening, don't ruin it for her as gran parents tend to feel they are getting left behind with things during the pregnancy.

Thanks for the reminder Always i will stick a post it onto my notes about the HIP grant as i don't trust the MW to remember about it, still waiting on a call about my appointment:rolleyes:

Yip i know, the MW appointment is due in week 25. besides at this rate it may be a later appointment if i don't find out who i should be seeing to get an appointment. May end up getting it at 30 weeks when i go to the hospital again.
