    Hello Ladies and bumps.

Just quickly popping on to let you know that my gorgeous Daughter, Kezia Iris Mae arrived at 5.54 am Tuesday 29th Sept. She weighed 7lb 11oz and is absolutely wonderful. I fell in love with her the minute I saw her and that feeling has gotten stronger every day since.

Think it was a fairly easy labour from what I can recall, but was so quick I could only have gas and air. Ended up with a quite nasty tear, hence having to stay in hospital until today.

Hopefully someone saw some of the messages on facebook and came on to update you. Hope too that Squishy and csh have their babies now too.

I'm heading back through to try to catch up now but vibes, hugs and welcomes to all in need.

Hey Glam! I am ok. Still lurking over here a bit (although not managing to keep up with all the posts)! Just been checking in for updates/important news. Keep meaning to migrate to the Parent thread, but it moves too quickly and I feel I just have loads of questions that everyone else covered ages ago, so not sure I will bother.

How are you and Jack getting on? Holly doesn't quite seem herself the past couple of days. Still, she is crying very rarely (only when demanding her bottle) so counting myself lucky!

Just to say that Harley has definitely had her little girl as there are congrats messages on Facebook. One says beautiful names, but does not say what they are, so we will have to be patient a bit longer!

I think Harley was keen to stay in hospital for a few days for some peace and quiet and to find her feet as she is doing it alone. Hopefully she is getting some peace and that's all that is keeping her. x

Thanks Fitz, glad you saw it. I asked my cousin to post something as I knew you would all be waiting for news. I just didn't realise how desperate you were to hear about her. Thank you all so much for caring and all the good vibes, they definitely worked. Can I now have some 'heal quick stitches' vibes please. :o

Thanks Somnium, every day is pretty happy at the moment. I am so far up on cloud 9 I'm in danger of climbing to cloud 10!!!:T
It is pronounced exactly as it looks kez-ee-ya. It was my great great aunts name. The others were my grandmothers.

God, you lot talk. Cant believe it has taken me over an hour to skim read.

Glam, you are right about the neighbour, he is quite categorically being ignored now. Dad did his best to keep my car in the same place earlier so it doesn't look like it has moved so I'm hoping people won't catch on for a while yet. Kezia and I are finding our feet fairly well but I am enjoying every second with her and my parents (who are completely besotted by the way) and I really don't want to share her at the moment.

I will try very hard to get the photos off the camera tomorrow and get some uploaded, but please bear with me as everything is taking so long now. I'll also do my best to get a birth story written but it really was pretty straight forward I think. In fact, it took me hours to even realise I was in labour since the period pain you get with endometriosis is much worse than the early contractions. It didn't really feel like pain to me, just like she was moving a bit more ferociously than normal. In the end I was only in hospital for 4.5 hours before she arrived. And what I thought were my waters breaking weren't - they were just the hind waters. The fore waters broke during the examination.

For those of you with it coming soon, there was quite a lot of blood in the water. Nothing to worry about but if I had been here on my own and seen it it would have sent me into a complete panic so as scary as it is, its not always as bad as it looks.

Anyway, the excitement is getting the better of me so I'm off to bed. I'll try to pop on again tomorrow

Vibes to csh and Squishy, can't believe you are both still here but I'll be thinking of both of you.
