i am working in a call center and i wud not like to comment on the topic u guyz are discussing that wether tucan claim is genuine or not as am not the right person to comment. but i wud like to share an experience wid u guyz that really made me feel to quit the job am doin.
i started my daily routine by sitting on calls and i came across a guy who was sounding nice to me, i asked for his father and he said the he died a month ago. i felt sad but according to my script i have to talk wid any of the family member so i proceeded wid my script. he interupted me a moment later and started abusing me ' u idiot go get a real job and stop bothering ppl around u jerk !!!! off' i felt really bad but that really made me think what kinda job am doin and i was not satisfied wid mah job and decided to quit. will wait for my salary and as soon as i get the money ill never ever join call center again.

PS: am feelin really sorry for that guy whose dad just died and am calling him cold and trying to sell something. Sry dude and may u dad RIP.:(

    Is the poor grammar deliberate?

The strange thing is that although the spelling is dire, the punctuation is reasonably good and the poster has used paragraphs.

I think this is a job for the Billy Goats Gruff.

I work in a call centre too; but I can assure you that this gentleman and I have never shared the same workplace; wonder why he 'decided to quit'?

I am new to this site and would really like some help if there is any one out there who can. I have just recieved a telephone call from a company called "toucan claims" who claim to be able to wipe all of my credit card debts and interest paid if the card companies have ever increased my limit or do not have a hard copy of the original credit agreement. I am currently experiencing money problems so obviuosly this sounds fantastic, however they are asking for a £250 upfront payment for registering the claim. Is this to good to be true as it sounds and if i go ahead am i going to have lost £250 that i dont have and still have all my card debts. Has any one any experience of this.
    Thanks in advance

Avoid these people; the fact that they can't spell 'Toucan' is a good indicator - you'll end up with a 'bill' comparable to that which adorns that particular South American bird. Write directly to the credit card company yourself; none of these parasite companies can do anything you can't and they are usually pretty useless, as they send standard letters which have little bearing on your individual claim.

I am right in thinking that you have spent this money on these cards and if your CC company put up your limits you cntinued to spend on them ?
If the answer is yes and we all know it is why do you not think that you should not repay them ?
You borrowed it so pay it back and be honest.
If you are struggling paying your debts speak to CCCS or PayPlan who will help you. You borrowed this money so it's pnly right that you pay it back. If you don't want to pay it back you can go bankrupt instead..
Just a thought. I am not judging anybody I am just stating what I believe is the right thing to do.....

Keep well away from Tucan, they are total rip offs and if they have told you that you can get your £250 back if they are not successfull then dont listen to them because you wont, many people have been ripped off by this company. They appear to have no morals and dont worry who they are upsetting. If you are already worried about your finances then please do not go with this company, you will end up even more in debt.
