Tim, to put you on the spot and maybe to assist others, are there any types of mattress's to buy at under £150 (as the approx. price of the mis-price).
If not, what would you suggest as the lowest price members should be looking at to purchase a "decent" mattress??
Is it worth buying a "basic" mattress and investing in a topper, or even if someone already has a topper??
Taking a double as a guide.
Sorry to put you on the spot, obviously you don't need to name makes, just types.
Lynsey
You wouldn't be able to get a good quality memory foam mattress for £150, but you could get a top of the range open coil sprung mattress for that price.0 -

'Proper' users of the item generally have nothing to gain by posting a positive review. In fact, it's a facet of human nature that people are more mmotivated to complain than praise - certainly when doing something so time-consuming as a written review. Consequently the Revoo reviews are spectacularly good IMO.
Yes you are right, but it's a shame that none of the reviewers actually said how long they had owned the mattress.0 -

Mine has just been cancelled with a promise of a full refund - whoop de do, like I would have let them keep the money! - I love major superstores treating northern ireland as though it were outer space and therefore unreachable! Boo Tesco's

From what I read yesterday, most of them said they'd only just got it & so far so good.
I thought that when I first got my Silentnight Miracoils....:rolleyes:0 -
I have just received a letter from the Sealy Home delivery Team asking me to check the delivery address and contact number so it looks promising that these will be honored. The last sentence is 'For Cancellations or amendments please contact Tesco Direct customer Services'0

Woot! That sounds like this one might be honoured then! I really hope so as i really need a new mattress

Ordered mine Wednesday morning, and got the same letter today - I had to phone them up to alter phone details, asked them if all was still OK as it seems like a price error on Tescos site & they said YES - will be going out to delivery contractors early October.0
