    The breathable waterproof type aren't usually any thicker than a thick sheet.

    The thinner breathable ones can be bought online from Snugnights, they also have a thin waterproof fitted sheets that can be used with a memory foam mattress, BTW their newsletter also has discount codes every so often. Just Google snugnights and you should find them
