Hi, no i havnt yet- i got a bit of baking stuff in the cupboard still so might see if i have the ingredients for choc brownies(hoping i cn use cocoa powder)0

I'm sure you can use cocoa in brownies. I haven't made them in ages as I don't like chocolate myself, but I'm sure the ones I used to make them for my dad occasionally were done with cocoa. Sadly I don't think I have the recipe anymore or I could pass it on to you - my dad always reckoned they were pretty good and he's a real conossieur of chocolate cake!;)Back after a very long break!0

Sorry for the delay in answering you, Lou - I haven't had time to get on the forum for the past couple of days. (Usually I pop in a couple of times during the day while I'm at work, but I was way too busy yesterday!)
I must admit I haven't even started thinking about the C-word.My only excuse is that I usually go to my parents for a few days so I don't have to worry about buying a turkey or anything like that - I really should start thinking about presents and things, though. That might be a job for this weekend, I think.
