OK,
Well some of you may remember the garden furniture saga from 2 weeks ago. It unfolds more now.
I ordered one from woolworths 74.99. Found one cheaper @ LX direct, so cancelled the woolworths one, they refunded me last week, money in account. Still waiting for the LX direct one to arrive.
Today the woolworths one has turned up... now... do I keep it and keep schtum? HAvent paid for the LX direct one yet...

 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Hmmmm toughie... I guess it depends on whether you had to sign for it or not
and how honest you are feeling
I'd be tempted, but I think ultimately it has to be your choiceDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

Keeping it would be stealing. Should be a simple decision I would think especially if you have ever had anything of your own stolen.0

I would let them know. They will know you have got it if you have to sign for it anyway.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Quick Grabbit, Freebies, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning and the UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.

Hi Lynz depends how honest you are!!
I may be tempted to keep it cos it's there fault!!
This happened to me with some cd's and dvd's i ordered from woolies, 1st parcel never arrived so they sent out some more, about a week later 1st parcel turned up so i kept them and later sold them:o0 -
but i signed for it with DHL not woolworths delivery themselves... Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

I think if you had to sign for them they will know that you have got them. May take them a while, but it could be one of those horrible things where you think they've forgotten it and they send you a big bill after a while when you're least expecting it and don't have the money budgeted to pay for it.Official DFW Nerd no. 082! :cool:Debt @ 01/01/2014 £16,956 Debt now: £0.00 :j

Lynzpower - I'm disapointed in you that you actually asked the question!! If you had already cancelled the order why didnt you refuse delivery?
I can appreciate that people are in debt, but there's no need for dishonesty!! But perhaps thats just me...0 -
I'd call them in that case and advise them that a cancelled order has been delivered
also ask them how soon they can pick them up as they are seriously in the way and you'd like them picked up by the end of today. If they are not gone by tomorrow you will charge them storage
