    First Slimming World session went ok-ish, although I weighed in alot heavier than I thought I was! One wedding dress is up on ebay so fingers crossed that sells and I can buy a new one before its too late!

    I've gotten myself motivated again I think and I think Slimming World has helped. Its all this target setting, its addictive!

    So far this week I've achieved 4 out of 5 of my revised list (just waiting for the skip to be delivered) only thing left is the washing and ironing - still a bit scared of Flylady lol!!

    Have a happy weekend all :beer:

    Well done everyone on the progress so far - can't believe we're halfway through!

    1. Pay £500 off debt - £271
    2. Save/spend £500 for holidays/ Christmas/ course I want to do etc - £132 with another £50-something being spent today
    3. Go to gym class every week - nope :o
    4. Run at least 3 times a week, aim to get up to 10 miles for my weekly long run - twice so far this week, longest 3.5 miles
    5. Do something constructive (apart from work!) every day - not every day but more aware of using my time well
    Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012.

    So plan for this week:

    * [STRIKE]Paint remaining wall[/STRIKE] Done
    * [STRIKE]Give living room a proper spring (autumn) clean[/STRIKE] Done
    * [STRIKE]Go to the gym[/STRIKE] Done
    * Gloss 2 doors Amost - glossed one door and the windowsill instead
    * [STRIKE]Buy 2 Xmas presents[/STRIKE] Done
    * Tackle Mt Ironing Errrrr.....nope!

    I completely forgot to update this on Monday. :doh: It's been really helping to motivate me too, so I will set a couple of smaller targets for over the weekend, and then set a new week of targets from Monday.

    Weird thing about the weightloss. I was struggling and struggling, and had actually put 4lbs on! So I stopped setting targets and kind of gave up a bit, and the 4lbs has fallen back off with no effort at all!! How odd!

    Still 13lbs to lose though and only 7 weeks to do it in, so I'm not very hopeful, but even if I could lose half a stone, that would make me feel loads better. :)

    Targets for the weekend:

    * Gloss paint remaining door, radiator and whatever the wooden bit above the window that you attatch a curtain pole to is called.
    * No take-aways
    * Ironing (I really cant find any more excuses not to :()
    * Move furniture out of bedroom and take carpet up so I can glosspaint the skirting boards.
    * Go carpet shopping

    Well done to everyone who is still with us. :T

    Ive decided to do a weekly list like snags so I can keep on top of it. Although this coming week I am away the majority of it so will try my best when I get back!

    Well done everyone who is still going strong and those that have fallen off the wagon a bit, plenty of time to write a new list for the next 6 weeks!!

    4) Pay off at least £300 from my debts... £304.92 I did it :dance:
    5) Lose 2 stone (28 pounds) in weight... 10lbs down so far, next weigh in is Thursday :cool:
    6) Stick to my eating plan 100%... 100% except three 'scheduled deviation's' :p
    7) Make at least 4 handmade gifts and sure I have all purchased gifts by the end of November... The handmade bits wont be started/completed till the last week of the challenge :D

    Hi everyone :hello:

    I've paid off the debt today, actually it was a bit more than 3k but that was my own fault for spending. I've still got some stuff in the garage to ebay and lily has grown out of a bunch of her big toys like her rainforest jumperoo so I'll spend this week having a clear out. Hopefully I can manage a neutral christmas too although I've already done the bulk of the christmas shopping.

    The weight loss... hmmm. That's been rubbish. I've not gained any, I just haven't lost anything either. I'll try to be better this week.

    Here we are again, time to report to HQ!

    I've made some progress this week due to payday so my challenges are looking like this at present:

    1. Pay £1200 off debt - paid off £800 so far!!!

    2. Lose 7lbs - finally I've lost 2lbs!!

    3. Buy all Christmas presents - just have 4 stocking fillers to get and a bit of something for OH.

    4. Save/pay for all March holiday associated costs - just have spending money to save now.

    So all in all I don't think I'm doing too bad. As a combined thread I think we're all doing brilliantly!!!
    I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
