sallyx - well done on the walking. I used to walk to work (3 miles) on the days I didn't go to the gym. I now walk everyday and haven't caught a bus for 2 years. I just stick my ipod on and before I now it I'm there (a bit like a robot really!) I would walk home but always have a heavy bag of shopping after going out in my lunchbreak so OH picks me up on his way home from work. Like you I also run at night (on my treadmill). Found a brilliant running plan courtesy of a web link found on another thread and am following that 3 times a week and really enjoying it.
Well done to everyone who is losing weight. I have been trying this week to cut out the nibbling but unfortunately caved in yesterday and cut myself a piece of cheese when I was making OH's packing up! Apart from that I've been quite good.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Well done everyone!!
I've just been into my local butchers for some meat and they had big tins of xmas sweets 2 for £5!!! Needless to say, I've stocked up for Christmas lolPaddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840 -
Took DD swimming this afternoon. Going to close one of my savings accounts tomorrow and transfer the fund to the debt pot. Hoping that after a bit of juggling and negotiating I might be able to pay off another debtI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway.
