Sams...i think what I have realised doing this is discovering where I am going wrong, or to put it another way, what I am doing that sabotages my plans.

Reviewing our goals and changing them is important but they are still in the plan somehow..

Yep its me that sabotages my plans..eating rubbish! Actually its my mother who comes here on the weekend, brings cakes, crisps, biscuits and she knows I am doing SW and that I have no will power grrrrrr
Next weekend I will not succombe otherwise I will not get to target weight *sigh*

Why do I also feel lazy and have no desire to run (even though I know it makes me feel better) Do you think its because I have nothing to work towards?

My OH sabotages my plans at the weekend too.....

Sign up for the half sally - its quite expensive £30 but it means I have a fear of wasting my money and I feel so much more motivated that I actually have something to work towards....

id really really like to do the liverpool one with you but I think its the expense, travelling and childcare logistics that are putting me off. There is one locally on the same day and I thought about doing that, could do it in spirit with you even if not in the same location

    Review of week 2:

    1. Meal plan every week without fail and put any money left from budget into pot to complete number 2......£5.60 in pot!
    2. Pay off Argos card debt see above
    3. Make Christmas Cards for everyone (I always plan to do this but never get round to it!) Not yet
    4. Buy / Make all Christmas prezzies in the 12 weeks so I don't end up overspending in last minute desperation like last year! 3 sorted
    5. Tidy up the dining room / office / Craft room and reorganise, Sell all unwanted craft supplies etc. that I find on Ebay (not that I have anything that I don't need of course).:shhh: Nope!

    :hello: Hi All!

I feel like I should be getting my running shoes on..... :D

Anyway, got my first college assignment yesterday so going to knuckle down and do that today, then back to studentdom tomorrow! I'm being brave and embracing the geekery by doing an evening course in networking as well as my FdSc IT during the day  ...must be mad....

    Morning... :)

I'm bad I know but I do tend to weigh myself every day when I'm trying to lose weight. I know it can fluctuate, but it does generally help me keep focussed.

Anyway, I have lost half a lb so far! If I can do that every day, 3lbs is achievable this week. :)

Natasha is trying to sabotage me with strawberries though!

No time to paint today because the house is a mess, and my best friend and her daughter are coming round for tea.

Really must go and investigate the freezer for something to cook for them...arrgghh, knew I should have defrosted some chicken.

Wont have time to run either, so today is going to be a 'not much progress' day. Maybe I should make my Xmas list, then at least I have done something.
