Serena - I was going to go for Biflorus Miss Vain on the crocus- £45/1000 which is painful but worth it for the end result, I went for tommasinianus (barrs purple I think) last year for the carpet at the back, and I like the idea of the scent at the front. I have thymes/lavender on the border the bin lorry crushes and that works really well. Might have to get the Anna Pavord for my dad for his birthday - I have to pre read it to check all the words are there! I want this tulip for the border that used to be a rock garden - dining room window looks over it, but I would need enough bulbs to make an impact so just not an option given the lack of work I have at the moment. One thing I have learnt here is that a few of something just doesn't work sadly. My Nyssen wish list runs into the hundreds .Did anyone get stuck in their seat last nite? Didnt work for me or DH but I'm trying it again later with the kids
This morning we've been down to the library, somehow I've got to resist reading all the lovely books I've ordered until I go on holiday next Saturday.
Right, I've got loads to do today, all I want to do is eat ice cream! LOL!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

getting there....oven shelves look almost done except for a few stubborn bits. will leave another couple of hours! Kitchen floor will probably need another hoover and mop once the man has been to finish the light (if he ever comes, I'm waiting for him to ring). Kitchen is the only area not really done now, plus the spare room which might just get a S&S i think.
