I can't remember who posted the fab fairy cake pictures as it was lots of pages ago but they've made me feel hungry so having to resist going to the kitchen now!
Oh great, now you've reminded me of them! I had enough problems yesterday when the picture was up.

Vanilla, really glad to hear that your hubby is doing so well, that’s fab news. I was interested in your comment about DD relying on lip reading – does she have hearing problems?

Achtunglady how gross and horrible of someone to spit in your son’s food, that’s made me mad, and the stupid dinner lady sounds like a jobsworth

Good news Jinky! How come your Ex has to move in to your house, is he going to be having the kids?

    Hugs to Jjeff’s FIL

    Hugs to Orkney’s mum

Lady Liberty – doing ironing is NOT making the most of everyday! Do something fun!

Greenbee hope your migraines clear up soon

Hugs Elly, sounds like you need them today

    Hugs Fedup

Boddy, I feel sorry for your neighbour, another one with a difficult teen, hope they can find a way to help the family and him

Poohbear, I know I shouldn’t laugh, but it sounds so funny! Hope you aren’t in too much pain tho

Going to sort out the wooden box and see what's in it and tidy it up now. DH has ironed a top that I'm going to sell on ebay, so will take a pic of it before it gets creased again

I reckon if I tidy up as much of the LR as poss, the top of the tv, the armchairs and sofa, and the wooden box, then that will could as the item I questioned on the list. HOpe so anyway! Toots, please feel free to comment

    Gee sorting is boring!

I've done all the clothes in the wardrobe (bag for charity shop and a couple of bits to ebay) plus 3 of the 5 wardrobe drawers.

Collected DS2 from school as they rang to say he is not well - he was wiped out after school yesterday and now has a sore throat - sounds like me on Friday/Saturday so hopefully he'll bounce back quick.

DS3 school rang to see if I'd go on the trip on Friday - I don't mind, it will be good to get to know his teachers a little better as they are new to me. Don't know whether to feel flattered that they always ring me (I am fully CRB'd with my invigilating work so that is a bonus to them) or like an easy touch (read MUG).

DS2 now in my bed watching cash in the attic so not sure how much more I'll get done up there but think I'll make a cuppa and tackle the last two drawers of the wardrobe. Bedroom sure will take all week at this rate!

  • Hi girls and boys hoping someone here my be able to help.

I love my flyday calendar and used one for three years now. I want to get one for next year but with the exchange rate poor and $8 to pay for postage it is pretty pricey.

I will pay this if I have to but was wondering if there is any other way of getting hold of one or a UK equivalent I don't know about. I have done some googling about to look with no success and tried amazon but no luck there either. Thought I might have luck here before I take the plunge.

My last order for my calendar I got stung £13 customs too as I added a couple of other items.

I'm itching to get one now as I need to put all the 2010 dates down.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Try this site - http://www.organisedmum.co.uk/ - they have a nice UK version of the USA one. Lots of other lovely things too...can you tell I'm a fan?

Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

Snowball says too far away, working hard to bring it forward.
