Hi one and all. Finally got around to joining you all again. I'll have to add a lot of what I didn't do last week to my schedule later on. I've got the appointment this week, so will hopefully shed some light on what it could be. I know it's morbid, but I've been thinking about what I'd like to do if it's bad news. Not nice I know but I feel it's more realistic than just thinking it wont be bad.

Afternoon ladies
So sorry that I have not been here for what seems like ages but I have been really busy helping Mum move and also DS has now gone to Uni. I must admit if felt like that I was barely holding on as I felt so stressed and shattered. I am on holiday today which is a good thing as I didn't get in until 2 am yesterday after taking DS to Southampton.
I have done so many trips to the tip at Mum's that the I am on first name terms with the chaps sown there!!! we did 22 trips in two days.
So I am back on board but have decided to do this differently this time and follow the lists!! I normally try and tidy and clear and do not end up feeling like I have achieved very much.
So I will go and find the lists and start!

Just in from work. Window men are still here, the place is really dusty now so I am glad I didn't do any cleaning yesterday. Did HHE while I was out, 35 min run and I feel good, maybe I shouldn't leave it so long until the next one.
