    Hiya,

The web page that explains how to claim always stated that the date in question is the one on the invoice sent with the phone, and since then I've had an image of said invoice with the date circled put on there to make it even easier.

    Regards,

It would be better if the image was displayed on the cashback page rather than a follow through link which comes up with a flash popup.

Additionally would it not be better if CPW approached this in the same manner as their rival phones4u in giving customers claim forms or clear dates with the contract paperwork. Then ALL of this hassle would die down. Promise.
  • Collected phone from Post Office this morning.

    Box was not sealed.

    Phone looks OK and unused.

There was an empy small plastic packet in the box and battery was loose.

    There was no Memoury Stick.

    Mobiles.Co.Uk Rep: is this normal?

    Thanks
I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!

Is this "trial" of yours truly blind, Trevor?

If your board name here is in any way connected to your real name, then even the inept cs at mobiles can surely work out how to put a marker on your account and ensure you receive the best service they can provide!
  • No its not my real name.

That's ok, but how you gonna get your memory stick without revealing it to the rep when asked to email him?

Does not say on site if it comes with memory card. Could be one of them mobiles for which you have to purchase the card yourself - takes up to 512MB only.

Just found this on their site relating to the phone
    Sony Ericsson W350i
The Sony Ericsson W350i is small but roomy. Fashioned as a small portable music player - but with lots of room on the inside. The W350i stores up to 470 songs on the memory card (included in phone kit). The W350i has the excellent TrackID feature. Hear a song you want to know more about? Use TrackID and get the artist, album and title to your W350i in seconds, and even a link to buy the album. The W350i keeps you entertained: Tune in the FM radio to your favourite station, or try a solo - the W350i comes pre-loaded with Guitar Legend, the mobile game for rock'n'roll buffs.
See the Sony Ericsson W350i Clearance for even better deals!
    .

    Hope that helps.

Guys Dad, so it does say its included - I was looking at wrong phone (as you do).
Wonder what happened to the memory card.....

Hope TC has not picked the clearance phone (seems to be two identical offers, brand new or clearance (exactly same cost)).
Now why would anyone want a clearance phone if the brand new was the same price. Not saying TC wanted that (they could have sent him clearance phone rather than what he ordered).
