Not to return to the old debates, but I've yet to see evidence of one denied valid claim (and more and more happy customers relaying their experience of hassle-free dealings) and we now offer things like online submission and claiming via email that should make things even easier.

looking for a new contract (cashback) so was just browsing the problems on various companies so will check you out mobiles.co.uk and see if i can find a decent deal.
Always normally stick to bigger companies like CPW and phones4u, but struggling to get a 12month deal on there sites!Listen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!0

Thats £90 for the 12 months then me thinks.
Still a bit of a gamble £90 to get back £270 - I would prefer better odds given the feedback I have seen about mobiles.co.uk .
 Good luck claiming.
£90 - £40 QUIDCO Cashback = £50.I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0

Looks like a good deal, Trevor. Even better one with T-Mobile, same phone/company. Regrettably, I get lousy reception on both networks in my house and a number of other regular venues, having an Orange personal phone and T-mobile work phone.
So it looks like O2 for me next time and the deals are nowhere as good.
On the cashback front, well you are aware of the timescales being quoted, so there should be no surprises, but I doubt you will have any problems with getting the actual cash back and you seem to be well clued up about what's what, so good on you.
Hear from you one way or the other in 4 / 6 months then? 0 0

Where my wife works and places we go for weekends are difficult for signals - but we find Orange fine - so thats why I have gone for an orange contract.
I have also seen several deals with a BRICK for a phone cheaper or roughtly the same cost over 18 months - but I wanted to combine lots of cheap texts and mins with a decent small phone for other half - happy to pay £50 for it.I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0

Royal Mail left card for us yesterday as we were both at work yesterday (which we expected).
 So delivery as promised.
Collecting phone from Post Office on Thursday morning prior to going to work.
OK so far.I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0

Might be worth keeping your eye on this ...I see theres been a few problems with quidco over mobiles.co.uk.
 This Quidclan for example

 Regards,
Whilst I appreciate your help in resolving my dispute about my claim, I couldn't call it "hassle free"! The guidance given "for avoidance of doubt" included considerable ambiguity about when a phone was connected. I still maintain from a customer's point of view, a customer's phone is not connected until they can use it! Not three days before!0
