I'm glad to hear that your case is finished, they seem to manage to finalise them on Fridays some how. You're likely to be called over the weekend, they called me on a Sunday afternoon. Perhaps they were hoping I would be out!

The person that calls you will go through a pre-set list of questions and you can also add your own comments (which should be interesting!) and then she reports negative results to Martin Trees at their regular meeting on Mondays, should you have any!! He will then contact you later in the week and then you can go for the jugular!!

£10,000 certainly seems to be a very high figure to charge (but obviously only you know the estate value) and from my experience I would say that you ought to be looking at getting at least half of that back if you have had the same sort of problems as most of us seem to have done.

Good luck, let us know if you get a result and please give Martin Trees my regards - he knows who portlandboy is!!!

  • Thanks for letting me know what to expect.
Part of the fee's were over £4000 for estate agent which i thought was expensive the property sold for £187000 but i couldnt be bothered to argue in the end just wanted it over and done with. they grind you down in the end.:(
  • Is there anyway we could get a facebook campaign against ITC? i have told people on my page already how bad they are.
