I thought over what portland said tonight and my dad took the night bus into london to work at the age of 83 to make sure us kids could have a house left to us and im bloody sure i will do my best to make sure his money went to where it belonged0

And keep that thought everytime ITC brow beat you. You will find the energy to fight. This is where ITC think they have the upper hand. They know that the client is not likely to dispute and question ITC's practices due to the emotional state the client is in.0 -
