itc_Legal_Services wrote: »Hi, Calamity 37. I’m very sorry, I’ve checked and there was a problem with the line. It is now definitely working, so please call me on 0800 082 1139 (9-5 Monday to Friday), or send me an email at customer.relations@itclegal.com and I’ll call you back. Thanks, Jessica.
I realise that it may be awkward to do so but, if people who respond to this offer from Jessica could post their feedback on here it would be good to see how quickly and well she operates compared to the rest of ITC's wasters. I sure she may have the ability to say what she intends to do about the problems but let's see if she delivers too.

He got the offer of the job 2 hours after his interview and claims to have had to find out what probate meant as he didn't know before the interview!!!
Now that's a class act isn't it?
Here's the link to the staff members blog. Sorry but it was not on the forum, but in a PM to me.

12,481 views today. That's over a thousand views in less than 24 hours. A thousand better informed people who will not be taken in by the company's gushy website and The Bereavement Advice Center and Bereavement Advice Service and every other Tom, !!!!!! and Harry alias they like to pose as. If it's connected to ITC Legal Services, stay well away and check out your local solicitors. At least with a local solicitor (that is regulated, hence back up) you can knock on their door and deal with someone face to face.0 -
Excellent news!!!
Has anyone managed to get their problems sorted by "Jessica" yet? Has anyone actually been able to speak to her at all yet?
Has anyone had a reply from BBC's Watchdog?
There must be many, many people who hope that ITC are suffering at the hands of those whom they made to suffer so if anyone has read this thread and then been put off of using ITC's service PLEASE, PLEASE just note it on here...I'm sure that we (and ITC) would all like to know for sure that this forum is having an effect on ITC's trade, even if it hasn't affected the way that they work.Note to Self: When posting, remember to keep within "forum rules" to avoid upsetting other "interested parties"0 -
Really pleased to see that ITC's shoddy dealings and mishanding of probate is being bought to light.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
As an ex-employee I've seen so many horrendous and shocking cases0 -

Thank you for speaking up. I am sure you must of lost sleep at night knowing what you knew. Who in the company accepts this disgusting performance going on and how do any of the staff live with themselves if they have the knowledge of what is really going on? Your insight would be invaluable to all the public that read this forum. I hope you enlighten us even more.

I visulise Martin Trees and his merry men sat around a table smirking and rubbing thier hands when they look over the figures of the money they are handling from those poor unknowing clients who are at home distressed and emotionally paralized from grief.
