Just wondering, do people go to bed at the same time as their OH?

Mine likes us to go to bed at the same time, but he wants to stay up way later than I do. He likes to go to bed around midnight, but then wants to read for a while, then chat so it's getting on for 1am before we go to sleep. I'm then back up with the bairns between 6.30-7.30am, and on the go right through until bed time the next night.

Marley and I don't go to bed at the same time - I'm an early bird, whereas he's a night owl (when he doesn't have to get up for work). I get the first few hours in bed on my own, and he joins me after the "early hours" expressing session; I get up for the morning expressing, and leave him in bed for a few hours on his own. I'm kinda hoping that this routine will work when we get Andrew home too, in that he can do the running around & comforting in the early hours while I sleep!

Thank you for the update Tigs. I'm glad everything is moving in the right direction for you all. Do you have any idea when Andrew will be allowed home yet?

No idea. He's struggling off the Cpap again right now, which is sad (I would say depressing but scared to use that word!) as we'd like to see him make progress every day. I'm presuming that he has to be coping with breathing unaided before I can even suggest trying B/F.

Hugs for Weezy and Beccles. And ~poo~ vibes for Fergie too!

I've just found this daft toy. Izzy will be a film director who shops at Asda for her clothes, fortnum and mason for food and loves chocolate hobnobs. I will be a reality tv star who wears Boden (what is Boden? never heard of it!), I will shop at the organic farmers market and eat all the biccies in the world.

Now, must get on, or we won't be going away!
seth is going to be a film director and a hedge fund manager, he will wear austin reed and fat face, will shop at m&s and will eat custard creams and party rings :rotfl:

 oh of course! Athough, I wonder if the effects of the alginate in the gaviscon will undo the loosening effects of the water/juice. It's the same stuff that's in dental impression material (fascinating fact from DH's work!) the stuff that's all runny and you bite on it and then it becomes a firm rubber. That's the stuff that's in gaviscon. So not a great loosener for seth methinks emlou!

    HTH,

    Weezl x
