Thanks Floss2. Unlikely but fingers crossed!!! Got to find time in OHs busy schedule though! Not sure how he manages to hold down a full time job with all the other stuff he does! If OHs plans go to plan (its a whole other story :D), 2012 will have to be our wedding year. It feels like a lifetime away. :(
Steph - LOL!! not going to let him win but it just seems we are jumping over hurdles all the time and the hurdles just seem to be getting higher and higher. Just frustarted thats all, not about to give up, no way. I have never been so focused! It just was not supposed to be this way. :(

If you send the baliffs in it's going to cost him more in the long run. As soon as they have been in you will get your money so not too long now :)

    Steph xx

True! But all this time, he has been getting interest on our money!:mad::mad: So wish I had added interest to the court forms. :(
I have calmed down a little now though (helped by a large glass of wine in my hand ;)).
Just have to accept the situation and keep on going. :)
Thanks f-d-f and thanks everyone. :D

But not a great deal, interest rates have been pretty low for a while!

Don't worry about the interest because as soon as you have gone to the press and us lot have wrote reviews on trip advisor put him on every wedding site we know not to bother going there then he will need that interest to live off because we are going to close him down!!!:mad::beer::beer: Even if I have to sit here every hour of every day to make sure of that I will do.

Well all you can do this evening is chill, so best do that then! He 'may' just be being an !!!!! for the hell of it, and pay a day or two late. My ex did this with fees as ordered by court to cover part of my costs, he paid it one day later than demanded just to be difficult.
:rotfl:Ahahah got my signature removed for claiming MSE thought it was too boring :rotfl:

Yes, that is true! We could have claimed 8% per day through the courts though, I suppose that wou;d be about £200 now!

Franny - I hope you are right! You never know! :)
Steph - lol at you!! Thanks though, it made me laugh! :D

ETA: Cannot decide whether to purchase the companies house info on the venue. Costs £29 but would give me all their credit info, CCJs etc. Just don't know if it is worth it? Also, seems that he has changed addresses of the company in January 2010. Am I being ultra suspicious? :o

    Hi Beks,

Im so sorry to hear about this latest hurdle, I have been following your thread for ages and really want you to nail this guy, he shouldnt be able to do this to any poor brides and grooms.

Just to let you know that your interest is 8% per annum not per day that is statutory interest. So not quite as much as £200 yet but it will add about £1.11 per day since the date on your judgement.

I will avidly keep up to date with this one until you get what you deserve

All the very best of luck

Wish I'd seen the sad story sooner. Think I'm in the same boat. Waiting to see if I've had my fingers badly burned or whether the animal is going to show his trustworthy rather than his stubborn nature!
