    Prove to me - a legal document on line should do it, that we need to post our company address on the site when we are NOT a limited company (which needs them on the site) .. legal entities do have to have them.. are you not getting confused with this somewhat?

    I only ask because you asked for a company reg number which only registered companies with Companies House will have - which we are not on yet at the moment.. as we are not a limited company.

    Many thanks for that. I am actually the person to speak to at XL who deals with the net and threads such as this one - we have mailed you several times, in regards to this thread and still NOTHING.

    Maybe I should talk to the organ grinder and not the monkeys.. I am sure you can pass me through to Martin can you not?

    Not being rude, again.. polite as I can .... you really do need to give the parties that are being 'mentioned' the right to have their say which this forum, is clearly set out against at the moment.

    If you could sort the SIG this would be superb though.

    Please feel free to google it yourself. Its a big Government document that came into force in January 2007.

    It is relevant to all companies, sole traders, partnerships & in fact anyone trading in any way shape or form.

    It is the same on eBay mate - you can be classed as an individual trading if you wish - the same rules, do not apply.
