Having looked at there web site I believe there web site is in breach of EU trading laws as they must provide a contact address and not just phone number/email address
  • Really.. I think you might have to PROVE that as well - already pegged one of you already out on here to be a big old liar, might as well make it the both of you.

Prove to me - a legal document on line should do it, that we need to post our company address on the site when we are NOT a limited company (which needs them on the site) .. legal entities do have to have them.. are you not getting confused with this somewhat?

I only ask because you asked for a company reg number which only registered companies with Companies House will have - which we are not on yet at the moment.. as we are not a limited company.

    Nope, don't think so mate.
Time to stop lying to people.

And why do you keep doing the stupid ' Jag ar ensam' posts... it just looks a bit !!!!!! and just aims to prove my point that you are only doing this to get some kind of stupid rise from people.

Done 3x google searches now - nothing at all apart from this thread.
I call your bluff, you are a total liar and are just here to troll on this thread.

    Pretty pathetic really.

The people have not spoken - the 4-5 people on here, mouthing off and blatantly trolling (which MSE are allowing you to do by the way - which in itself if pretty pathetic) does not represent THE PEOPLE.

I will let the people speak for themselves, I will post an invite to our clientele to come over and meet you all... the people can then speak for themselves NOT like you have to do for them.
Incidentally, who made you mouthpiece for 'the people' again :)

Retracting nothing - the action will carry on regardless.

Its a private forum, so google won't help your course.

4 or 5 people may not represent THE PEOPLE, but we are on 126 replies at the moment, and they are all on the same lines - you come across as a fool who doesn't know what to do.

Interestingly as well, one of our posters works for - wait for it - CPS, and says if you went to make a complaint for libel you would probably be fined for wasting police time :rotfl:

    Can we just not bother..
Because I'm guessing one of the losers in this thread has asked you to come and join in this little debacle.

I will say one more time kids:
If it was ILLEGAL - we would have been CLOSED by now.
We have a very good and very big law firm working for us in the UK who sits and works out what we can and what we cannot do on the site - it costs us an arm and a leg, but its worth it because it stops ridiculous threads like these.

    Thankyou and goodnight :)

I will give you that mate - you don't half make me chuckle with the stuff you come out with :)
The CPS would not even be handling the case - it would be you and us... small court, with us giving you a whipping.

CPS :) God bless you for that.
You do know they deal with major crimes do you not instead of cases such as this?

We are on 126 replies due to me having to moan, winge, point out what you are doing is sullying our good name and defending our honour .. its probably me thats racked up that number.

And your a liar - so sue me :)
Oh wait.. you cant, because you have not shown us the site you mentioned...
But we can sue you, because even if this thread gets pulled- the hosting site will still have a backup we can get a transcript from.. please.. continue...

    CPS :)
God bless you for that.. I will be watching the football tonight still chuckling at that.
Just to confirm, XL Trading does have the right to reply but this does not mean MSE endorses its products in any way and, like all other forum users, must help us keep the forum a friendly place to be.

  • XLTradingUK - id like to ask just one thing if you dont mind - you advise/threaten some of the posters here with your 'Legal Team' for having given an opinion or view, yet you direct them to wikipedia for the definition of libel/slander/defamation. Seems odd to me? Just my opinion
    'Normal' is a dryer setting.
  • At the end these card are obviously not legit! Why would Sky be happy with a company selling viewing cards which allows people to get all channels without paying a subscription?

This company is abviously a bunch of ppl who have worked out that theres a flaw in Skys cards which enables them to be unlocked!! Its something that most Sky engineers know how to do!! At the end of the day if your the type of person thats happy buying dodgy DVDs etc then you'll probably happy buying from this company. Its basically stealing and it these types of things that increase the prices for GENUINE sky customers!!!!
  • CPS :) God bless you for that.

Im fully awear. I was just passing off what a poster who works for thems opinion in this matter was.
  • Oh right that one.. that does not cover individual trading.

    It covers XL TRADING.

    And your site IS ILLEGAL
    Not Again

And again, new blood to the thread - hello :)
Not being rude, and to be really nice about it - do you know the first thing about libel and defamation of a site/character in the UK?

If not, step off the train.. please do not get involved.
Read the wikipedia post about libel and its cousin defamation :)

Now read the thread attacking us.. conclussions?
Because - because - because... did you not know, you can get sued (shock horror) for printing rubbish on a forum now?? It is a long winded process, but it happens.

We get these .... slow clap... drumroll.............. direct from SKY..... YAY!!!
We pay..... drumroll again........ Sky for them!! YAY!!!

Before we go down the dark nettled path again, just for you - we don't reverse engineer the Sky cards.
That is also (listen people) an accusation which you have no proof of.. but this is something we do not do.

Neither do we steal anything from Sky :)

Really.. because you did not mention this when we first mentioned the legal side of it?

Oh and for people reading with interest, good evening by the way - Halifax sent me a link through PM for a reported 'worlds biggest sports site' which currently 'DOES NOT ALLOW' new members.. go figure :)

Oh right that one.. that does not cover individual trading.
    Try again!

It is the same on eBay mate - you can be classed as an individual trading if you wish - the same rules, do not apply.

    :)

Individual trading is called a sole trader, which the companies act does cover.

Any person trading commercially on ebay is also a sole trade and should register with HMRC for personal income tax purposes. HMRC regularly pull up 'traders' who are actually trading commercially....I should know this as I am heavily involved in tax investigations of this nature.

    Another link here :-

    http://www.out-law.com/page-431

Which outlines in simple terms the basic requirements of a website trading in the UK - again, do not confuse ebay with commercial enterprise.

Whether your trade is legal or otherwise is not the point being made here, the point being made in this post is that your website and 'business' appear not to be compliant with a variety of UK enacted law and therefore suggests your business is exposed to attack from a variety of source law.

You other defence seems to be that "I ain't been closed down yet" - that does not validate your legality, it only demonstrates the pathetic failings in consumer protection law. There was a long running thread on this site about a 14 year old kid who scammed millions out of people selling mobile phones and electronic goods - he was finally caught but never charged and no doubt will setup another trade under a different guise....so until your website is reported to Sky, HMRC and local trading standards you would be free to continue trading.
Anger ruins joy, it steals the goodness of my mind. Forces me to say terrible things. Overcoming anger brings peace of mind, a mind without regret. If I overcome anger, I will be delightful and loved by everyone.
