If you can post on here, your mistruths - they why cant you not do it on a moderated site where we do prosecute I wonder??? Seems very strange or have the one-track ponies on here not considered that :)
So if people on your forum ask awkward questions you will prosecute them - and you wonder why no-one wants to play with you.

Your posts are getting more and more like Gary Cooper's on the GCC Computer thread. You are not related are you?

We have requested that the complainants details be revealed to our legal department as we will be taking legal action against these allegations against us.

If you had a legal department the thing they'd be telling you now is to "shut up".

Still not had a PM from your solicitors.

123-reg's abuse team told them to remove the cards because they broke their T&C :rotfl:

Really - so if by magic, the Sky cards item re-appears in the next couple of minutes then.. this would be total crap?
Again - clutching at straws this thread.

The problem you have with this post is that the WebFusion/GX Networks are nothing to do with our site, not the hosting of it, nor the running of it - so please prove to this thread that they have been in touch with you.

You can even post the details of the mail if you wish :)
    Prove it.

    EDIT:
Oh look, the cards have magically re-appeared :)
Just to confirm, XL Trading does have the right to reply but this does not mean MSE endorses its products in any way and, like all other forum users, must help us keep the forum a friendly place to be.

  • A member of our team has just contact TheBunker.net to have this thread closed which as they are the hosting supplier of this site, are legally obliged to do.

The contact Adam @ TheBunker was very helpful and we are expecting a contact shortly in regards to this thread - which as webhosts, they are not allowed to keep on their hosting.

Are you good at holding your breath Tim (who has now had a sex change and calls herself Andrea)? Anyway removing criminal evidence is perverting the course of justice isn't it? A VERY nasty charge to add to the list.

Oh I thought that you were quite happy about the thread, you said it was bringing your company additional revenue.

Even if it is closed, there are other avenues open to us all.

They don't PM you mate.. they require information from MSE.
If MSE don't grant the information, the team go for TheBunker.net who MAKE MSE disclose the information.

That's the problem with hosting you see - when it is outside hosting.
MSE may not play ball - but it is the hosting company who has the power.

WHEN this thread gets deleted, we have still got a copy downloaded and we will still be chasing up prosecutions.

People seem to think this is the only way people are coming to the site- when this is clearly not the case.
Word of mouth is the BEST form of advertising known to man.
It costs nothing yet reaps the greatest rewards and the greatest client base.

We are happy with the new influx this thread is giving to us - if the people coming to our site now ordering, believed any of the crap being posted on here.. do you really think that they would trust us?
Of course not, but they do and they have.

As they say - any publicity is good publicity.
Just a pity this thread will be ending shortly though.

When it is closed, correct, there are avenues open to US as well - which we are on the way down now.
If you think hiding behind unmoderated sites will help you.. you are being mislead.
Especially if you are not hosting yourselves.

LOL! God bless you sill fool :)
Can the other posters read this and see what you have done.
'Andrea' for people who do not know is the kind soul - who ALLOWED us to post on here after:
    * Banning our previous attempts to reply - not giving us a reply.. also reported the hosting
    * Ignoring our emails to allow us onto the site - again, against MSE T&C's
    * We had to see a message on Google - Google !!!!!! to say we were allowed to post - without any contact from MSE staff... which again, has been reported.

Andrea for you mate - is the kind person WHO HAS clarified we now have a voice on this forum and the one person we do not class as a forum 'chimp' - someone who has actually worked by the rules of this forum and done something not against its own T&C's.

None of the other posters will explain this to you mate because that makes them look thick as this thread is continually descending to new lows - so it might as well be me who explains this to you fully.

Lot of new band wagon jumpers we see over the course of a few days.
Whats the matter - noses a bit sore after pressing them against your home windows?

    Pathetic.

Really? They will go and get a court order for the disclosure of information and pay the web-hosts costs rather than simply sending a PM and having me send them my full contact details? It'll be weeks, if you had the nuts this could be laughed at today.

    tee-hee :p
  • XLTrading,

I'm still waiting! WHY IS REGULATION 7 OF THE DSR's BEING BROKEN?

No reply sounds like an admission of guilt to me!
