How you getting on with that whole libel thing XL?. Not heard back from your legal team/Mum yet?

How you getting on with updating your website to bring you back into compliance with the law?. How about posting your contact details in your forum - all you have to do is register as a new member and post away - would take you about five seconds and would then make your website legal once more.

I've been an MSE member for a number of years and made 1,000's of posts - I've had some battles , I've had some fun and I've hopefully helped some folks along the way - but this thread has been the absolute pinnacle for me of how brilliant a forum can get.

Xl this is the best thread EVER. Keep em coming! your disclaimer means nothing to the likes of SKY or any of the big music, game or movie producers. End of the day you are breaking the law by circumventing commercial DVDs' antipiracy technology and there have been various court cases in the past about this. These companies will throw £££'s at anything to do with infringement, win or lose they dont care.

The owners of Pirate Bay and many others thought they were above the law. Judging by the fines and jail they got obviously they were not.

you should have stopped within your own community forums and ignored this thread and it would have gone away....now you have a problem I think. Why not try and answer the questions on this forum that people have asked instead of digging yourself in further?
