ALSO... bit further back in the thread.
We CAN demand in court for MSE to release details as a poster on here has mentioned.. it does cost £300 - but who do you think will end up paying that back as well as our costs.. because it wont be us.

The SetYourRate by the way was started by Tim who now does not work for us .. he does however mod people's consoles legally I believe.. I do believe he does reside in Sheffield however.

AND Again.... STILL no word from you on our forum as well.

XL Trading wondered who had put in a complaint to Nominet, well I was one for a start. I'll leave it to them to decide whether of not a trading company in is breach of their ToS.

I don't know why XTT would want to know who made a complaint, but anyway I have nothing to hide.

You don't have a clue how to go about a defamation action so I'm helping you.

First you have to issue a summons against MSE to release my IP to you THEN you have to do the same with my ISP. If you are lucky they will only charge you around £300 each.

No wonder you have to run scams like this, you don't have a clue when it comes to doing things legally.

Nip down your local court and ask for form N1 to get the ball rolling.
