    The laddie Timothy now has a crisis of identity!

    Before Dorothy returned home (to her bedroom :rotfl:) there is a scene where the Wizard of Oz's true identity is revealed: a tiny man hidden behind a screen pretending to be something he isn't.

    Wonder if he is tapping his shiny red shoes together? bet they are smoking ! just like his DVD burners :rotfl:

    I doubt the DVD burners are quite as far away as Oz

    China would be my guess

    XL Trading you are best not making any comments and save them for the police and trading standards when they caution you under oath.Sky have allegedly taken a very keen interest in you via their legal team and so have a few other companies concerning the dvd movies and pc software and now tomtom legal advisers have been closely scrutinising your comments and website disclaimers which are riddled with quote 'irregularities'.There was a similiar case in the US a few years ago.

    A software pirate has been jailed for seven years and three months by a US court.
    Nathan Peterson, 27, of Los Angeles, was also ordered to pay $5.4m (£2.89m) and will be stripped of assets including luxury items such as property, cars and a boat.

    Peterson amassed the fortune by selling illegally copied products from companies such as Adobe and Microsoft on his iBackups.net website.

    Not at all.
    Just weeding out the cowards and keyboard heroes from the one's that stand by what they are posting on here.

    We notice NONE of you have done so at the moment- wonder why :)
    MSE will be proud of its flock I am sure lol!

    Hypocrites and talkers of utter crap.

    As I said, I'm awaiting the official response from Sky, when I get it, I will post it here.
    Martin Lewis is always giving us advice on how to force companies to do things.

    How about giving us advice on how to remove ourselves from any part of

    I hereby withdraw any permission Martin might have implied he gave MoneySupermarket.com to use any of my data. Further more, I do not wish ANY data about me, or any of my posts etc to be held on any computer system held by MoneySupermarket.com or any business it has any commercial interests in.

    Sky have made several prosecutions in the past few months and have their own investigative team and undercover workers using some ingenious methods to catch culprits which have resulted in 100% convictions and prison for the offenders.

    XLTradingUK, you do not appear to have an answer to this, so allow me to remind you in bigger letters...

    For the 4th time XLTradingUK, would you care to explain why your website does not adhere to regulation 7 of the DSR's? Let me remind you of this LAW.

    (For the 4th time) the LEGAL DOCUMENT is here (trust me, breaking the DSR's does mean you are breaking the law):
    http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

    ...which CLEARLY states you must LEGALLY provide a geographical address to any customer PRIOR to buying.

    Your website does breaks this...FACT - making it unlawful for you to sell on the website - FACT. Speak to anyone else in the know about internet trading and they should tell you exactly the same - FACT.

    You requested this days ago, and here it is, for the 4th time, for your perusal...

    You don't seem to have an answer to why you are breaking reglation 7 of the DSR's...or is it because you do not wish to have your address on display for all to see?

    If you give a legitimate explanation as to why you ARE breaking regulation 7 of the Distance Selling Regulations I will cut some slack, but until then....YOU ARE DEFINITELY BREAKING THE REG'S (trust me, you are, and of course you know this, which is why you have not replied...)
    Profit=sanity
    Turnover=vanity
    Greed=inhumanity:dance:
  • "Maybe you did not .. but now you do so why pay the £30+ fees for a map from online when we can install it for a much lower price for you including our own special courier pickup/drop-off service for free."

    From XLTradings site. I'm calling you a crook who is scamming people Tim. I will stand by my words in any court. Here is what you have to do. You have to issue a summons against me alleging libel and/or defamation. To get my details you have to serve MSE with a summons which will cost you around £300 and we'll go from there. How about it THIEF AND CROOK. Wanna play?
