Forgot to mention as well - some other exciting news

For the person who reported us to Nominet.
Our solicitors have sent them a letter this morning warning that any act of revealing any WhoIS information to the general public, the site has asked for it to remain PRIVATE (and legally ticked as such) can be sued against the data protection act.

We have yet to hear from them but we have also asked for the name and details of the complainant as well as we intend to take legal action against them as it will be someone on here.

MSE won't protect you - and Nominet certainly won't as the request has been filed already.

There is a saying in life that I quite like and it goes like this:

You confirmed your website is illegal for not having the proper details on it, you have confirmed you are VAT registered but not showing the number, by law, on the website.

Whether you believe who I am or not is not particularly relevant - I've no reason to pretend to be anyone else other than who I am - indeed, there are many posters who lay no such claim to their status and yet they still know more about the law than you do.
