When you miss a claim quite often you lose the right to claim all the subsequent claims , special delivery only compensates you for the value of that one claim. by adding consequential loss you are also covered for the loss of those subsequent claims. It costs about £1 extra on top of special delivery.0

Of course - even my critics on here would be unable to show a single un-honoured cashback claim.
How about this one to start with.
The cashback that never arrives I think it's called

Must be one of the "thousands of happy customers" who don't complain like the rest of us!
Nom: not sure about the screenshot; I always prefer to have everything in writing (and always do!). Topcashback is hit and miss - I've lost literally hundreds of pounds using them but in about six times longer and with even more transactions not as much with Quidco. Keith1950 has answered the other one - though you only miss a claim IF they don't receive it in the timescale of the t&c (so you CAN re-send IF within the 30 days). Don't expect THEM to honour THEIR side of any timescales though - this rep dismisses anything to do with THEIR obligations as nothing to do with the t&c. THAT is what originally drew my hostility and warnings, though it was subsequently reinforced by many other things he/they have said on this site!0 -

No, it doesn't work like this.
Special delivery alone actually won't compensate you for the loss of the value of the claim. They only compensate you for the market value of the item that is lost. (A claim form is worthless).
Add consequential loss to the special delivery, and you have cover for the value of the claim.0 -
Web Site still says Cash Back Cheques:
"payment is made via cheque within 14 days (but generally we pay within 7 days)
:rotfl:I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -

How does that work then if Ben fobs us off with saying it takes 28 days for a cheque to arriveIt's not just about the money0 -
He no longer does say that. NOW he says (in a round about way) that it takes 7-14 and then another (up) 28 days. When they start taking 100 days he'll add another 50 or so for how long it takes to frank an envelope... in any case according to HIM it's not part of the t&c anyway, even though it obviously is!

The good old days when Chris owned them in St Albans Road, they were great, e2save I dealt with once and had terrible problems, only resolved with the threat of court action.
I wouldn't personally deal with any intermediate now, I go direct to the networks, for a few quid cashback, it just isn't worth it to me personally.0 -
we email you once to confirm receipt and once to confirm payment, and then payment is made via cheque within 14 days (but generally we pay within 7 days). No other online mobile phone retailer offers such fast payment - some even ask for 90 days to pay!
How can they say this!
Mobiles 2 Your Door took 10 days last time I claimed and that was from me posting the claim to them to me receiving the cheque.

They have now reworded their t&c (though they don't acknowledge that they ARE t&c) so that it is not only unclear but allows themselves up to about 42 days to pay - even though they STILL take up to 50. It really is a sham! When they had CLEAR t&c they failed to honour them, so now they run around making vociferous claims about how great they are when they a) don't answer their phones b) sporadically answer emails c) take forever to pay whilst shouting about always paying within 14 days d) make a long list of promises they fail to deliver e) try to shut people up from stating the reality and warning others against them f) misrepresent their own t&c and disown themselves from other cpw companies (when they walk, talk and act like them!) and g) somtimes don't pay legitimate claims. There are now plenty of other people showing them up for what they are, both on here and other consumer websites.
I am open to change my opinion but when so much negative experience is apparent and the words sound so much like E2Save it will take a lot more than empty words to achieve that!0
