if you have evidence of one or more claims that were denied even though ostensibly valid, for the 9th time of asking please tell me about them so I can find out what happened, get th claims paid if they are valid and make sure this doesn't happen again.
I don't see how you can justify this. Either help us, our customers and get your legitimately-owed money back or stop bringing up these fabricated claims.

THIS time I won't repeat the previous nine answers, though it's very revealing that my evidence is only "ostensibly valid" and that if I do not call on your help then I must be "fabricating" it! The fact that you "can't see" anything which you don't want others to see doesn't surprise me.

Thanks silk. No I have not posted on this forum before but this is not the only forum in the world and they all have pretty much the same layout. I really don't know what else to say ................... except, there have been many previous post on here commenting that customers have not signed up to praise or back this company up, I just thought that I would as I was sick of reading the rants on here. The tag under the website name "UK Consumer Revenge" should give you some idea that the majority of people are here to moan about problems and to get help sorting those problems out. The people that have no problems or are happy with a company are not going to come on here and start a topic called "I just had a trouble free purchase with blah blah blah" and then every 5 minutes bump there topic up to the top of the board with another pointless post about something really pointless that has been said before and is just adding to the complete and utter pointlessness of the posts.0 -

The point is that the forum is also about saving people money and passing on experiances of dealing with all the various companies etc etc
You know the sort of thing who is good who is bad etc
It may be that someone would be interested in this thread and some might not and it's their choice what they read.
If I had read a thread such as the recent ones on mobiles.co.uk it would have saved an awful lot of time money and heartache because once i heard who my OH had ordered from I could have convinced her to order from elsewhere.It's not just about the money0 -

It is funny as that must mean that I, like Ben, am not insane. The number of complaints will be higher.
