    To answer your previous point about the M2YD claim, I was just saying it's only one customer, not that I didn't believe it.

    And I think this is the second time someone has joined recently, said they've had a good experience with us and been accused of being a sock puppet/fake profile - still not true I'm afraid. It's illegal and immoral and not something we would do.

    if you have evidence of one or more claims that were denied even though ostensibly valid, for the 9th time of asking please tell me about them so I can find out what happened, get th claims paid if they are valid and make sure this doesn't happen again.

    I don't see how you can justify this. Either help us, our customers and get your legitimately-owed money back or stop bringing up these fabricated claims.

    As I said, I have a picture of my invoice here that shows the purchase and return as I knew my word would be an issue for some but I can not post links.

    Don't worry about the pics as someone working within the company would have access to all sorts of letters and paperwork so it wouldn't count I'm afraid.
