Hi tasha:) you and I can encourage each other in September.

Why theology...well lots of reasons, but the main one being that I think (as does OH) that its absolutely what I am supposed to do. If I go into it too much, I stop being anonymous on here (although tbh anyone who knows me at all well could work out its me from what I've written in this thread already:cool:). I guess that if I wasn't 100% convinced it was the right thing , there is no way I would rock our financial and family boat this much;)

BTW check out my updated signature - its coming along...

Rupe that sounds like a great idea. September count down begins.

Im probaly asking to many questions (so please feel free to tell me to stop being nosey lol) but what will you do with the Theology degree when you have finished, would you become a vicar or maybe some kind of RE teacher??

    xxxxxx

P.S I think you will have saved all the uni fees for the whole course at the rate you are going, well done you.

:rotfl:deffo not a vicar! Feel sorry for the parish that would end up with me!

Will answer properly when I have time (quick break at work) - but that made me chuckle so had to reply

Hi all - sorry haven't checked in for some time. Will catch you all up later - but been a mad time - and had a few things to get sorted generally.

Might even get back on later (am at work ready for a training session we are running)

    xx

:o well FINALLY I am backski!

Anyone else had a ridicuously crazy week? Wondering how it can possibly be Friday night so soon?

We seem to be haemorraging money at the moment - having done really well in Jan, Feb is looking BAAAAD. Never mind. It just means that I deffo can't hand my notice in at work yet! (Mind you, work is OK - just hard to focus now that I know I'm on a (long) countdown to leaving);)

Its been a tough week, with a few 'issues' to get sorted. I want to write it all down - but I don't want to completely wreck my anonymity on here - suffice it to say that there are some exptremely angry people in the world, and I happened to come across one of them this week:(

I also need to get back on track eating-wise - I lost a bit of weight recently - but something happened which kind of opened the floodgates food wise and i haven't looked back:rotfl:

So thats me - nothing particularly exciting really. But nice to have 10 minutes to come on here - as opposed to getting caught up in 'situations' every time I check my emails.

Oooh, sorry to hear about the bad week Rupe :(

I had a similar week last week and the eating went to pot too. Just get back on the wagon again, you can do it.

Just forget about work for now and enjoy your weekend x

    Hey all

Sorry haven't been posting much - am actually having a bit of a tough time - and feel as if I have hit a brick wall these last few days! Am ridiculously tired - all the time - and can barely think straight. Really unsure how I will do tomorrow at work - but have some holiday coming up soon so just need to get through to then.

Am sure things will pick up soon.

    Hey all.

Today I start some holiday and it could not have come at a better time! Moneywise - all is going fine, but Rupewise have let everything get on top of me a bit. :o

Nevermind - will be good to just chill at home for a while - spend some time with the family and regain some perspective on things.

  • Sorry to hear times are tough but good that things still on track for you moneywise. Just keep it that way - half term next week for you? Maybe it's just the Feb. blues? But don't worry, spring is surely on its way and we'll all be a bit more chipper soon. And it wasn't even dark where we live til after 530 tonight - WOOHOO!

    Take care
