MM my chum does it - enjoys it and has made quite a lot of cash.
Be brave! She said she found it funnier (? I think she had a real giggle to be honest) than she thought she would and less daunting after that. x

Hello
Just read your diary -subscribing now -as am on "working from home" day, and, having done what I really needed to, am having some recreational MSE time.
Just wanted to say you are doing sooo well - and your love for your DS shines though your posts. I have three myself (14,12 and 8) but also my OH, and I've seen so many single mums on here doing so much better than I think I'd cope if I were on my own, so well done you. You sound resilient and resourceful, which will continue to get you though tough times I'm sure.
Take care

Just caught up with your diary, you're doing great, well done on stretching that money last month, and how lovely your colleague sending you those flowers, that just shows how much they think of you. You seem to be striking up a lovely friendship too with fay, I just lurk about in her diary but she sounds such a lovely lady. Take care

Thanks for the postings, peeps
And, fay, the lil crafty box is on it's way to you !!
Funny few days since I last posted myself --- all work and not alot of play BUT :
- I haven't folded and/or weirded out (phew !)
- have finished reading the 'be your own life coach' book (very good)
- had my first crack at the sexy phone thing - and have earned the grand total of ..... wait for it ! £3.74:) Wooo !
- worked v.v.v. hard at the my office job (there's never enough time to do everything, so many interruptions, so am determined to delegate more)
- still pushing for a pay rise (cos I'm worth it!)
- spent some time with Ex OH at the weekend and avoided murdering him (all good!)
Well, got to run --- chicken kiev calling ....
xAiming to be debt-free, and have my degree, by 50 ! :j0 -
Well done on lots of positives
and OOOH la la to the sexy earnings - every little helps!!
Thanks for the crafty box I am hoping when I am home to properly sort out some bits for you -

Glad to hear the parcel came, fay
- hope there are some useful bits in there
I've had a weird weekend - so much for my 'getting a positive head on'. Hey ho!
I did tons of housework yesterday - like a fool - making an effort to clear the decks for when estranged OH came up to spend the weekend (long and very painful story - which I wont bore anyone with) ..... anyoldhow, it all turned into the usual crap - raking up past hurts, blaming each other, cheap jibes etc. etc.
Neither of us seem to be able to get over the huge amounts of water the bridge - perhaps we never will.
I just don't know if it's worth the hassle - have tried to just be nice and normal, just get on for the few hours that he is here - on the basis that DS wants to see him and have him around - but I can't manage to sustain it.
Maybe it's time to just break all ties - we just don't get on - there's no future in it for any of us, and it's all mighty painful along the way.
Jeez - listen to me banging on about all that rubbish - none of it is what REALLY matters right now ..... I have enough to be getting on with.
Back to work tomorrow - and it's my birthday on Tuesday .... 42 !! OMG, I feel old.Aiming to be debt-free, and have my degree, by 50 ! :j0 -
If its any help - you're trying your best by the sounds of it - and also 42 isnt old your 40's are the new ' 30's' and if you add it together it makes 6 -
AND I am 41 1/2and feel like I am about 12
- had a rummage in the boxes they are ace - thank you! DD will be delighted!
