Wow cant believe so many people are up at this ungodly hour (I thought there was only one 6 in day:eek: My next door neighbour arrives back from holiday this morning and for some strange reason I offered to pick them up at the airport - so I duly got up at 5 (didnt know there were two of them either:rolleyes: ) and luckily checked to web site find they were delayed till 7.10 (mm that would have been a nice lie in if I could have accessed in the website in my dreams!) Still it looks like its going to be a lovely day so maybe an early morning will be good for me!

Plans for today are to plant all my pots with the plants I picked up at the garden centre yesterday inbetween writing an article for w**k. May have a go at the airing cupboard after reading the thread but if its a nice day its unlikely as I am a bit of a sun worshipper - I hate being inside once the suns out

Out with friends tonight so must remember to sky plus apprentice - whos gonna win?? (Im going for Michelle:T ) Not that I am a reality tv addict or anything 8 days to big brother though!!:D

Right off for another quick cuppa before my taxi duty.
    Have a lovely day all

snowyowl, i hope you are keeping the diary i advised you to. your w**k making you feel excluded and placing you with your back to everyone are the kind of things you should be noting

Chardonnay....I have to be honest, but no, I haven't been keeping note of events there - I don't think they are picking on me in particular, the place is run by people who haven't a clue and my troubles are a symptom of a bigger problem. The problem with my seating arrangements is because I was the most recent to join, and so ended up with the worst seat (the person I replaced sat there too). The floor space isn't sufficient to allow a rearrangement of furniture, so I am stuck with it.

It was warm here in N.Ireland yesterday - we're still in shock! - so hopefully we'll have a repeat performance today. Like Apple_Mint I want to go for a walk this evening, and a warm evening makes it all the more pleasureable. I don't have to go to any more Wednesday evening classes but will have some private study instead, she said optimistically...

    Bye everyone

    Morning all,
the sun is trying to struggle out this morning through the mist. I am off for my morning swim in a moment. My health club opens at 7.00a.m. so I start the day with a splash. Had a boring day at college yesterday as it's revision time. When I come home it's de-clutter my spare-room as my SIL is coming for the week-end. Have to think of things to cheer her up , her daughter and family are off to Dubai for two years in August and she is starting to panic already. Hope everyone has a good day
    Cheers

    Morning All

Looking it a bit overcast here at the mom but the weather forcast says its gonna be nice so going to start the first of about 4 loads of washing now.

Then after taking DD & DS to school are going to take my stardrops and microfibre clothes and tackle all the cleaning dusting downstairs, hopefully will clean all the bathrooms too. Have just been giving it a 'lick and a promise' lately so if really needs it. Also need to plant some herbs in the garden - cant wait to have fresh herbs for cooking - have been promising myself a herb garden for years.

Just got to pop into town later and that will be it oh and of course the ironing.

For some reason missed today in my menu planner:confused: so think will just grab some sausages from the freezer and have bangers and mash.

    Have a great day everyone.

    Morning!

Im still really exhausted. I got home from w**k at 10 to 5 yesterday and it was all I could do to crawl into bed and stay there for a few hours, I sent boyf out for takeaway while I relaxed in bed. I can honestly say that last night was the first night I havent actually done anything when I got home from w**k as I usually do something like tidying. In fact I stayed in bed most of the evening, and then sat on the sofa for an hour and did my nails and plucked my eyebrows.

Im still feeling it right now though. As im so tired, im going to ask my boss today if I can also take monday and tuesday off next week (I already have wed-Fri booked off) so i can get on with the blasted revision which I havent yet looked at, and my exam is on the 26th. Im going to have to do something - boyf is at work this evening so ill do some then. Im also not w**king any weekends till after the exam which will help - but still need to go on a major revision session. Boyf must now take over domestic duties until its over., Which reminds me, I need to leave him a note of tasks for today.

Oh yeah, someone on here asked me to report back when id used the johnsons holiday skin night stuff - Ive used it for the past three nights and have a really healthy glow and my skin is also really moisturised, im quite impressed by it! Sorry I cant remember who asked!

Right - im off, gotta make myself look pretty and psyche myself up for a chat with boss, re - do you mind if I apply for this head office job and can I have all of next week off please??!!

    Have a great day all!

    Good morning everyone

manicdays - hope you manage to get it all done!

There is actually some sunshine outside the window here, looks like the washing can go out!

Tonight we are doing a drive round the countryside picking up ebay stuff. I have bought a breadmaker & a computer desk, so as they are both relatively local we are off to collect - looking forward to trying out the breadmaker, & also to having a computer desk where the keyboard shelf doesn't suddenly descend onto my lap in the middle of typing! At the moment its ok, but doesn't slide shut cos I have whacked a nail into the runners to stop it collapsing yet again.

I had my hair cut yesterday. It was quite long, & is now very short. It was really funny last night, cos we went out to a concert & quite a few people said that they had wondered who was the woman that my DH was with!!!!:D He is a deacon in our church - can't you just imagine the headlines! :rotfl:

And now the sun has gone in ... so do I put that washing out or not:confused:
