It's been amalgamated with the Daily thread, think someone is trying to remind us that all gossip is supposed to be kept on here :(

I am very sad, I decided to stay especially to start this thread!!!!

Today I shall be mostly tidying the house

I have let the house 'slip' just lately.

So have done a list of the 'basics' that need doing tomorrow just to get the house 'normal' before I can tackle any 'extras' iyswim.

Kitchen: clean & tidy, mop floor, tidy pantry &fridge/freezer.

Living room: sort all toys & junk. Dust & hoover

Hall & Landing: sort junk. clean & hoover

MAster bedroom: sort junk, hoover & dust

Bathroom: clean thoroughky & mop floor

Kids rooms: sort clothes & toys & hoover.

All that is without any tasks such as cleaning windows, washing, ironing, opening the airing cupbaord for fear of being buried under bedding & towels, chaning bedding etc etc...

This post is mainly a kick up the !!!!!! for me. I will post as I complete the tasks.

I am assuming I can get them done thru all day wednedsay.

breakfast: bucket of strong black coffee, weetabix with soya milk & a banana

    Lunch: egg salad

    dinner: quorn bolognaise

dd shall be in school thru the day & ds in nursery in the morning.

Gosh, hope I've managed to post this after midnight now, lol!!!!

    Have a great day everyone!!!

Oh no! If I am still up to see this thread started then I have serious jet lag probs! Must get some sleep! On the plus side went to see dd and she loved the pressies we brought back for her and couldn't believe how cheap clothes were in Florida, needless to say she will be joining us next year for a marathon shop!:D

Good morning Shez and ManicDays...can't believe it's WeepsDay morning already. I'm still up because I am pretending to study...been gawping at books all evening, but am still none the wiser. I also did my roots. Did you see Jennifer Lopez's grey roots today? Not even she can make them look attractive, so not wishing to look worse than I need to I pootled off to the bathroom to douse myself in Light Ash Brown.

ManicDays, you've given yourself a lot to get through later today. I do like to have an occasional cleaning and tidying day every now and again, really get the place shipshape. If you stick at it you'll get loads done - even if you just manage to shift the clutter from the main areas it'll at least look loads better. Don't your kids help you? OK I used to be a kid, so I think I know the answer to that...

Me..well, I'm going to w*** as usual. Stupid place really gets on my nerves sometimes. They have me sitting with my back to everyone else except one person - I really feel excluded. I moaned before and got moved but it hasn't really helped. Sorry, moaning on here isn't going to help either, but sometimes a good whinge just makes a girl feel better!

Elona - I read about your father in yesterday's thread. How awful for him to be so fit and active one day then to be so ill in the blink of an eye. You are very good making the effort to go and see him despite the long journey for you and the interruption to your normal routine. The preparation and building up for the treatment sounds arduous in itself, but needs must. The emotional support you and your family are giving is invaluable - it simply cannot be dispensed by any medic or expert but makes all the difference to the patient.

Good luck and best wishes to everyone.

Have the best Wednesday (WeepsDay) as you possibly can.

Good morning all you early birds! :hello:

Have already jumped on and off the scales several times this morning but I still can't get them to tell me that I've lost weight this week  That's even with having been to the gym twice this week (in addition to the 15 minutes exercise I do each morning). I do feel a lot fitter though, so that's some consulation.

It's a beautiful sunny day here, and I'm hoping it holds out so I can have a lovely long relaxing walk this evening. Between now and then though, I have to w**K.

Breakfast: oats, fruit and HM yoghurt. Glass of orange juice
Lunch: HM Carrot & Corriander soup. Bowl of chopped salad.
Dinner: oven baked salmon and stir fried veggies

Have a lovely OS day everyone!
Enjoying an MSE OS life :D
