    I've been Money Tipped!
Oh no! Up so late today so I guess my bodyclock has still not recovered as 11am here is 7am back over the pond! Hopefully this will ease soon! Spent far too much time looking at ebay last night as if I haven't had enough bargains recently.

Todays main job is to cook up all the sprouting spuds (no not yours Lillibet! ;) ) and to make lots of mash for the freezer, can't eat it yet as we are dieting.

Breakfast - up too late so
lunch will be brunch - baked beans on toast
Dinner - something really easy as visiting dd with pressies from our holiday

(((((hugs))))) to Elona, all you can do is be there for your Dad and you are being wonderfully supportive to him.

Moggins - hope the withdrawal symptoms are not too bad - hang on in there you will feel better soon (and richer!)

Catowen - Hope your dd feels better soon

Shez - we used to go to elveden cp with our kids when they were younger, we were always worn out when we got home but had great fun!

Happy Birthday to Martin and Sophiesmum!

Cleaned the windows (newspaper and vinegar of course) washed up put w/m on and hung a load on the line. Have washed and hoovered lounge floor and cleaned out under the stairs done more this morning than what I have done in 4 days.
Need to carry on cleaning then out into the garden to do some more leveling and start digging the veggie patch out and plant my strawberry plants.
Havent a clue where all my energy has come from.,
    Hugs to all

    Hiya all

Happy Birthday to Martin and Sophiesmum.

Welcome to beer2006 and any other newbies lurking out there. (((hugs))) to elona and positive vibes to moggins -in the end I just stopped cold turkey - it was the easiest for me in the end.

I've been quite OS today. I was meant to be out most of the day doing mystery shopping, but have had to spend far too long sorting out my printer so they have all been postponed. Printer finally working! I have however done some washing - lovely day here, SC is on with sausage casserole in it. I have some rice in the fridge and some fresh veggies to go with it. BM is on and once the loaf is out I may do a cake in it - could have it as pud with custard :) I've also rememmbered to bicarb/vinegar my sinks as some weren't draining as well. Just the kitchen one to do now.

Need to make up DS2's bed, do some general tidying and then it will be time to do the school runs. So much for an easy afternoon to myself.

    B: cereal and milk
    L: soup and toast
    D: sausage casserole and rice.

    Have a good day.

I was out bright & early this morning for a meeting, so am now back home in front of my laptop. Really must get around to ringing my Mum & Dad who got back from 3 weeks in Australia this morning, to hear all about it.
Need a freezer rummage to find something for my dinner (I'm sure there's a portion of beef stifado in there) as OH is working late again, so won't be home til nearly midnight. Must drag myself to the gym later cos I didn't go yesterday.
Bargain Rzl - if your night at the opera with Placido counts as a date, then I'm off to Honda Racing F1 HQ tomorrow - does that count as a date with Jensen Button??!!

If he's there at the time (even if he's out testing while you're inside having a cuppa) then yes :D

If he's at home in bed or sunning himself in Monte Carlo, then... no :D

Edited to say: My sister met JB before he was famous - she used to do some trackside recovery work for a mechanic friend, and once rescued him in the van following a mishap :D

:rotfl: Oooooooo, he was there on my last visit, so this will be our second date ;):D
Apparently Rubens Barrichello was there too, but I don't think I'd have recognised him if I'd fallen over him.

Rubens Barrichello: Short. Curly hair. No neck :D

Although I've barely watched F1 these last 2 seasons and might not recognise RB since he stopped wearing red :D :rotfl:

Lots to do at w**k ATM but also trying to fit in the production of a meal plan for the next 2 weeks :o Can't wait for w**k to be over so I can go home and have a nice relaxing evening. Might see if I can figure out the instruction book for my new (Ticklemouse's old) breadmaker. It's a Cookworks one.

Exactly. Had he been wearing red & stood next to Michael Schumacher then I'd have recognised him immediately!
Speaking of Michael Schumacher...........my OH has just been stopped by the police on his way to work, not for speeding but for driving an un-taxed car. His car is in the garage being fixed & the courtesy car given to us by the garage has an out of date tax disc! How cheeky is that?!
