willow_girl wrote:Perhaps if I sneak in from the back no one will notice me as this is my first post on OS. Feeling good today as the sun and blue skies are out and the WM is on the 3rd load. I'm glad the weather has improved here as my mum is selling homemade cakes at a local May Fair today for Kidney research. Well whatever the weather I hope everyone has a good day
....now I'm just going to quietly slip out.......

Morning all - have come out of lurkdom for today.
A fine windy day here in the West - we had the rain last evening/night.
O/S today - bm will be on later and some sorting out and rotating of clothes will be attempted.
Non O/S - going to source some new garden chairs for our new home/garden - will price today to pay by cash when wages are in.
Aussielass - piccies are great - dd is coming out your way July 2008 with the school for a hockey/netball tour - they are having 21 days over 3 centres - Sydney, Brisbane & Cairns - so I must show her your photo later ( we would love to come out but don't think we can stretch to it.
Well that's me back into lurkdom ( I do read many times per day so feel I know you all!!)0 -

Hello all
Vicky - so sorry about your Grandpa, my thoughts are with you. ((hugs))
Happy birthday to mini Mr FunkyFairy
Mouseling No1 didn't wake up till 7.30 - something to do with 3 late nights in a row. He's opened his pressie (Lidl's scalectrix thingy) and Mr TM has spent 2 hours assembling it(I took the opportunity for a lie in and a catch up on tv) Many thanks for all his birthday wishes. We're off to Waddington later to watch The Duck Race, which my BIL is commentating. The weather isn't too bad, showers on and off, but not horrendous like we thought it would be.
So, not very OS today, but we have enough bread and haven't a clue what's for tea - depends where will be I expect. At least the boys are back toschool tomorrow so an early night for them and ironing for me.
Ok, off to fire up the mixer and put me slap on - can't go frightening the kiddiesHave a good day
