Fancy something like a ciabatta - last time I used it I did a normal loaf and one with dried herbs in it. Then I got a bit bored with it, then moved so it was relegated to the cupboard!
Hopefully next time the power won't go off with 50 minutes to go (as it did yesterday!)
Trouble is, bread is my weakness, and this is very evident by my 'roundness'"Stay Wonky":D

Morning all :hello:
I'm afraid that this is going to be very brief as I'm on my parents' computer and it's just sooooooooooooo sloooooooooooooooow!
I hope that you're all having a lovely bank holiday - even those people who are at w***. It's raining and miserable here in not-so-sunny Lincolnshire
Unfortunately on Saturday, Grandpa died. OH and I were at the hospital with him and my mum, but I left it to my mum and a nurse to be there at the very end - whilst they sat me down and gave me a cuppa. He still had all his marbles and was still chattering until 5 mins to goHe'll now be up in the big Countdown studio in the sky (his favourite programme!). It's all very annoying for my mum as she can't make any proper arrangements until tomorrow because of it being a bank holiday weekend.
Anyway, enough doom and gloom! We're supposed to be writing our wedding invitations today - which was the whole point of OH and I coming to Lincs this weekend. Things got slightly eclipsed!
Take care and I'll post properly either later today or tomorrow........... depending on how long things take here!

Hiya,
Today is a holiday as well. It's called Labour Day. I actually had my daughter on Labour Day. So I was in labour on Labour day.Her birthday is the 3rd but it lands on wed this year. Beautiful day here. We had some rain yesterday arv and into the night.
This morning we went up to the shed & condensed things a bit more. Got back after lunch and DH & me took the dogs for a walk and swim in the sea. It's really red soil here so had to give them a wash after I got home. Made some custard to go with some Lemon Sago I made yesterday. We have a lemon tree in the back yard and it's chocka full of fruit. Will do some squeezing & freezing as they ripen. Also have a mandarin, lime, mulberry, mango & guava tree. The soil seems really good here so will definatly plant fruit trees on the block before we head off.
I found the camera :jand as promised I'm posting 2 pictures. The second one is of my dgs. He just found my toothbrush. The first one is the view from the front verandah (we can also see it from our dining/lounge) of the rented house. Unfortunatly we can't see it from our block:( but isn't too far away. We get the nice breeze though. The ferry in the picture is the one we catch to Brisbane. It takes 15 mins. Hope you like them. Bye

Good morning everyone.
Lovely day down here in the South West, judginh by the ground outside, i think we mustve had the rain overnight, but lovely blue skies and fluffy white clouds now!!!! First of 3 loads on in the WM, and BM on. As i have the day off today (HURRAH!!!) ive had a lie in (DS brought me a cup of tea in bed at 9, lovely boy:A ) and im now having a lazy morning after our busy weekend!!!! Do have lots of cleaning to do, but will do it gradually over the day, and will end up having a lovely relaxing bath and a read of my book later!!! (reading Jodi Picoults Vanishing Acts, its very good!!!)
Queenie - yesterday was lovely, had a really good time with DS, Plymouth won (the winning goal scored by a chap who is leaving the club, so a very good atmosphere everywhere) and then we went to lovely friends house for a roast chicken dinner, and a glass of the red stuff. Children played lovely and DD is a bit more optomistic about chatting to her friend via MSN and email, so thats good.
Elona - i do hope you have some good news re your dad today, our thoughts are with you x
VickyA - sorry to hear about grandpa ((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))
