Morning all
It is so lovely to come on here and read everyone’s messages, they are very motivating and keep me going, thank you !
I woke up feeling down this morning, but after reading everyone’s messages I thought I needed to give myself a good talking to and get proactive. Today’s aims:- Wash hair (doesn’t sound much, but with one arm it will be difficult)
- Get the bus to my flat; sort out post, post Amazon book, sort through some magazines, weigh myself, see my friend
- At my mum’s not watch TV all evening, but sort through floppy discs and read Photography stuff (didn’t do yesterday – bad)
Sorry to hear u had a bad night PP – good luck at the hospital this week.
Shez – good luck being healthy today…I’m going to try and persuade my mum not to buy any more crisps or chocolate for me! Chipps is an inspiration to us both, well done. Ageandjo – you made me laugh, mmm bacon.
Ronankfan, catowen, stressedoutmumof1, JackieO please do all have productive days – I’m very impressed with your list chaz97michelle and is it congratulations on the baby? (I’m a bit slow on these things!). Good luck Pooky, I hope the meeting goes well. Essexgirl and JW1096 – I hope u feel better soon. Jo – great idea about stocking up but don’t do what I did and buy too much stuff. As part of this month’s store cupboard challenge I also went through my medicine drawer and threw out about £30 worth of out of date medicine and the old lockets had leaked everywhere- eurgh.
Have good days everyone!

Hello everybody,
I'm off to bed shortly. Just been watching BB. Well our house was to be finalised today but........ long story...........it's going to happen tomorrow or Thursday now. Now why doesn't that surprise me. It's raining here tonight.
I made a pineapple crumble & custard for dessert tonight. Fruit shop was selling 2 for $3. One of them was all yukky inside:mad:. I was going to make a pineapple upside down cake. The lemon tree is chocka so will do a bit of squeezing tomorrow & stick the juice in the freezer.
Funny isn't it, I have been looking forward to having time off finally when we moved here before I get busy with the house. I have so many half finished projects etc and now find myself a bit at a loss. I MUST get more motivated.
Happy Birthday Sweetpea
See ya later.Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.0 -

Jo sorry to hear your feeling unwell. Doesnt sound like your having a good time really. Good idea with the emergency boxes.
PP sorry to read your not sleeping well.
I went shopping this morning, bought reduced blueberries to make muffins with later. Never had them before so I was tasting them before, and they are gorgeous. DS 2 has a cold so I needed to get some childrens paracetamol for him. Got to go out again in half an hour, go my first physio session........and for some reason I am dreading it. Note to self, make sure I wear 'matching' underwear (best friend tells me that I might have to strip why they look at my back  could be Bo***cks but, you never know.
B - toast
L - salad from the holistic food shop.
D - egg and chips for DH & DS1 chilli and rice for me and DS2

Hi Yall, a fairly warm but grey day here in the emids. Just finished my paid2clicks (two payments arrived via paypal this morning) YAY! Most of my jobs are done so I'm off out into the village in a mo to run some errnads and pop into church to do a few jobs. We are having some asbestos removed at church this week and new windows fitted prior to having the schoolrooms upgraded so plenty of muck to clean up LOL.
Mrs MATH got her job YAY! but it's a third of what we had to live on this time last year BOO! Very local tho and not very demanding which is all to the good while MIL is soo it in hospital. We've far to much running around to do without being bothered with work, well paid, poorly paid or in my case not paid at all LOL.
Thanks to everyone who has remebered our plight in prayer, thought and PM. We can only survive with this job temporary but it's a start and hoepfully something better will come along soon.
Happy Birthday Sweetpea
PP Hugs
Ageandjo We had a great thread last year about fake tan unfortunately it degenerated into name calling 'OL MARMITE LEGS' was my favourite. LOL
Luv and hugs MATH xLife's a beach! Take your shoes off and feel the sand between your toes.0
