I'm a member of this dating site, but i have seen it on eBay this morning.
There is a money off offer at the moment (!!!!!!!)
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8414065987&ssPageName=ADME:B:EF:UK:1
The site makes sure that the people who are local to you are the first ones that you see when searching.
Anyway, give it a try - never hurts to have a look!0 -
I feel more content at the moment than I've ever felt before and I reckon I can expand that when I move.
Look at the above quote, you'll be fine, like most ppl have said you'll find love when you least expect it, cheesy i know but true, i wasn't looking love when i met oh, was quite happy and loving living on my own, we tie the knot in july.
As for the hair, don't dye it, what difference should it make, the right woman will love you for you. I met a very nice man a couple of yrs ago, i'm in early 20's and this guy was in his 40's, he had grey hair and was yummy, was a fireman as well, mmmmmmmmmm.......................................................
Soz got lost in thoughts!!!
When you move into your own place, relax and live a little.
Us women are like buses, when you need one you wait around for ages, then 3 turn up at once!!!Pole Dancer In Training :rotfl::rotfl:

33 is no age at all!
And I can only echo those who've said to join clubs and things you're INTERESTED in. Relationships built on shared interests are usually a whole lot stronger than those based purely on physical attraction. Or desperation. :rotfl:
And on the subject of desperation, try to be happy and relaxed in yourself. Because if you don't feel complete in yourself, you're asking a lot of anyone else, IYSWIM.
And definitely don't dye your hair!Signature removed for peace of mind0 -

p.s. I'm married (met my husband online) but have some great single female friends who feel just the same as you.
Very good idea, let me be the first, anyone in the Manchester area fancy a nice 36 year old single bloke, I help old ladies across the road and strive for world peace :rotfl: :rotfl: :j0 -

Oh yes, I can attest to the fact that this old adage really is true!!
I was a lonely widow struggling to earn enough to pay the mortgage and keep a roof above my head, that was in 1997. Bang crash wallop, the world changed, the dark side of the moon became the bright side, I found someone who was equally lonely and struggling in a terrible marriage - we got together, the rest is history.
We were both 62 at the time. We got married in 2002, we're still together, still in love, still happy, and because we both have income in our own right, we're better off than we've ever been even in good careers.
Best wishes

Please don't die your hair -think Ronald Reagan (you are just about old enough to remember).
Being single in a couple society is hard. Keep focusing on your own contentment - getting your own place will help with your own sense of identity and achievement. I had 15 years in a bad relationship (thinking it preferable to being single and satying because I had a child with him). I have been single for four years and it can be hard -especially at 'special' times like birthdays. However I recognise I am more at peace and content than when I was in a wrong relationship. I also have a lot more really close friends becuase I have time for them. Don't look too far into the future -concentrate on looking for the best in today. I find counting loads of small good things in life -like finding mse- puts my own situation in more perspective.0 -
