sounds quite intimidating, also if i have to design anything like a superhero or create a jingle i will fail straight away! :LGemma,x

I know what you mean. I think these team building, roleplay assessment exercises are just stupid, and totally unnecessary. They should go back to the good old days of just attending a straightforward interview with the manager.okay thanks tandraig

can someone tell me how long each shift is, if they are set times (ie 10-4 etc)
ive printed off a application form and ticked that i can work all day sat, wed/thurs mornig and afternoons and sunday mornings, but then it asks how many hours i can work per week. i could also work evenings if i knew what time that shift finished...0 -

it is, i always thought that it would be more scary to sit down with the manager and have a one to one interview, but now to be honest i think i'd much rather do that then these team building activities, i mean its not exactly going to let me be able to show my good qualities and why i'm right for the job by designing a poster etc.Gemma,x
