Argos Christmas temp jobs...

Had my first shift today, in the stockroom. My feet hurt! I can see how it could very very easily get very very manic in the lead-up to Christmas. I'm almost certain to lose a few lbs in this job!
Btw, the rate of pay at my store is £6.72 - quite a way above minimum wage.0 -

Hi, I've been reading through the forums, especially this thread since I was an applicant to Argos for the temporary christmas positions

Anyway I sent my application in sometime in Argos, and I thought I wouldn't be invited to an interview since I only just got a phone call today (inviting me to one) I went to the interview, thinking it would be a group one but it ended up being a one to one interview. She asked me a few questions like a bit about my self, what good customer service is etc and I was offered a position. I've got the induction tomorrow at 10:00 so I'll see how it goes from there
Thanks for the advice guys
:rotfl:
For anyone wondering, the one I applied to was in West Yorkshire0 -

Hello,
I handed in an aplication for argos xmas temps today. I put my hours avail for work between 20-30 p/week, if this is to many hours are they likely to turn me down?
Thanks,
