She was barely even injured by the sound of it (oh i've got a wee sore arm, how can I get some cash out of it, coz somebody has to be to blame, couldn't possibly be my own stupid fault)
So are you self righteous and up your own @rse for saying the OP wants to get some cash out of it (which is only your opinion), or do you have some extra information that has not been posted yet.0 -

It is perfectly possible that the OP moved something, knowing the mirror to be there, but did not think that it, the mirror, would fall. That does not remove the responsibility of the supermarket to have a safe environment in which to shop.
What, out of interest would you have done?0 -

Unless I have missed it, the OP has not said the mirror was in front of fruit and veg.
OP HAS said staff conceded the mirror should not have been there because they were arguing about who left it there.
If the mirror was a display mirror, eg to go behind the products then it most certainly should not have been there and, as part of the display should not have fell when items for sale were picked up.
If the nightshift had not completed the display then the section should have been closed off until it was safe to enter.
I was referring to Juliescott who has a mirror behind the fruit & veg in her local supermarket, not OP, the question was aimed at her, not OP.
If the mirror was a display mirror that should go behind the display common sense would say OP should have avoided it.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

Reading through this thread with interest and I have to say you come across as quite nasty love_my_2_boys. Are you a troll? Reading through your other posts and you seem to be equally as unhelpful. You make assumptions and insult other posters, doesn't make you look big or clever.:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:

I would have alerted the store staff of it's presence and asked them to remove it so I could safely pick up what I wantedAccept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
