Accident in store

you obviously do care or you wouldn't keep trying to get the last word.
I think you could safely assume that the OP has recovered from her massive injurys LOVL0 -
I recently had an accident in a supermarket. This was 100% the stores fault. A visit to A&E showed that I have suffered a minor injury. An accident report form was completed instore at the time, so far I have heard nothing from the company.
What should I do next? Any advice?
yeah, heres some advice, stop being a drama queen and wasting A&E's time with your grazed elbow0 -

No, but I can read the rules and by posting on this board you are expected to follow them.:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:

Give up Janninew - love_my_2_boys is just trolling. An obvious pattern is emerging of him/her of being more aggressive and insulting in order to provoke and seek the attention craved. The best thing to do is let this thread die and not respond to this poster in any other threads - the less people respond the more likely the thread is to disappear.
As the majority of people know, the MSE boards are generally very helpful but occasionally someone comes along with the deliberate intent to spoil it for others which has happened here. All we can hope is that one day this particular person will realise how nasty the practice of trolling can be and move on to be a better and happier person.0 -

I don't think she aspires to that honour! However, I expect that when enough people have reported you for your unpleasant language and rude comments, you will certainly hear from the real forum police!ELITE 5:2

PM from hundredk to me
I love these threads - they help me fine tune my claiming skills with good reasoned debate to pick all the details out. I wish you were the shopkeeper I was suing, trust me I'd be quids in. As you're not your contribution was not articulate enough for me to benefit apart from the comedy of errors.
Quit the bleating about claimers and try a bit of ambulance chasing yourself. It's much better using the written word to claim lots of nice compo than looking like a mealy mothed old cow on a public forum. You'd have to drop the rolleys tho cos they'd make you look a bigger !!!!!! than you have so far. You'd also need to back up your comments with good solid reasoning, a skill you have yet to learn.
Injury like that one would make £1000-£2000 in an out of court settlement. A bit more pain, suffering and patience going though the courts would increase that.[/QUOTE]
Fellow ambulance chaser?
I think it's incredibly amusing that you take everything quite so seriously. If you hadn't bitten quite so hard then I wouldnt have taken so much enjoyment out of it.
In the world today when ever anyone has an accident the first thing they try to do is claim that it must be someone elses fault and that something must be done about it. Present company included by your admission.
what irked me the most about the OP was the fact that she started her thread by saying it was 100% the stores fault. Come on, surely she had something to do with the fact that, she saw the object, knew it shouldn't have been there but still moved something from behind it. then was surprised when it fell on her.
There are way to many people on this forum who think they know it all and that their views are always the right ones. They claim to be educated and intelegent people but still enter into silly tit for tat arguments (yes I'm afraid that includes you as well as me) and your friend juliescot.
I just thought I'd stirr it up a bit as the know alls get on my nerves. Your sidekick keeps going on about me making assumptions rearding the OP, but that's all anyone on here can do - assume that she has told the whole truth in the first place? There aren't "real people" on a forum, just aliases, and who knows what the truth is and what's just a load of old nonsense.
Your right, it seems that you do like having dissagreements on here, but perhaps you would be better served using your "skills" in real life where it actually means something.
Thanks for the entertainment and thanks also to all the others who jumped on the bandwagon. Pure class0 -
Whilst we would all like and expect an apology in a circumstance such as this, I would very much doubt that one would be forthcoming.
In apologising for this, they are immediately admitting fault and therefore liability, and opening themselves up instantly to an injury claim.0
