Have you ever considered claiming damages rather than shoplifting? Takes a bit longer but it's legal and if you're clever.....:doh:oh sorry I see the problem.

Lots of guessing and inferring going off here. I'll try to apply your points from the stores perspective: So if we go with average IQ=100, then what are shoppers with 99 and below supposed to do? Should the store put a sign up saying due to H&S, only IQ 100+ allowed? Even if that weren't discriminatory how would it be enforced? And what of the blind person?

Wait I have a better idea - why not legislate for the store to provide a safe environment for all customers? And if there is some doubt as to whether they have, then due process via the legal system will determine blame and of course compensation.

I really hope you don't hold any sort of managerial position - god help your staff if you treat them all with such contempt as you treat normal, helpful people on this thread. I also sincerely hope that you don't work in any of the 'caring' professions - anyone not able to look after their own interests would be really stuffed if they relied on your apparently non-existent good nature, empathy and desire to help other people.

I wouldn't even bother arguing with that 'poster' if we all just ignore them, they may crawl back under the rock that they came from (well we can live in hope!) Any person who insults others is not worth bothering about, maybe we should put them on ignore and nobody would have to see their nasty, spiteful comments.

I really don't give a toss what you think - read the signature. With the absence of any kind of reasoned response your posts speak for themselves. Must have struck a chord - you managed more than a couple of lines, even tho it's the same old drivel. Sorry, I don't consider shoplifting a proper job.
