Grr some very annoying news today. Some crook has hacked into my bank account and stolen £250! Bank is trying to sort it out asap - they have promised to get back in contact with me by tomorrow, but still am very upset.
It means that I won't make my first target as if I do pay off all of the CC I will go into my overdraft next month...which kind of defeats the purpose!
Anyway, onwards and upwards. I will make my target £737 to leave myself a nice round balance to pay off in September of £250.
Have lots of items finishing on ebay tomorrow - total is up to £130! Also will hopefully have a few items paying out from Quidco, which will help with overpayments in Sept.

I hope so, but they haven't said yet
It was one of those emails which said "your account will be deactivated unless you log in now...etc". normally I would take no notice and delete them, so I feel sooooo stupid!!

I feel very down today - am staring at my spreadsheets and feel as though there is no end in sight. We need to get an extractor fan fitted in the bathroom as the ceiling is going mouldy and then it needs to be replastered, so thats £100. The ceiling in the kitchen has to be redone as the toilet waste pipe has been leaking and thats £335 for the plumber and then about £700 for ceiling, but insurance will hopefully cover the ceiling. And the bank have not come back to me about the fraud and the ebay money is tied up in there (about £300). My bf is having problems with ex employers who owe him £1000 but are refusing to pay, so may have to go to court to get it - but i'm worried we will lose and be stuck with their solicitors costs (even though we are in the right).

That means for September, it looks like my daily payment (average) will be 28.75. My target is 50 a day! arrgghPaying down the mortgage:

It may seem as though everything is conspiring against you at the mo, with the extra bills and the missing money....but take a step back and look at the bigger picture - how much you have paid off in the last year or so.....
This month is a blip, but the overall chart shows that things are still very much headed in the right direction. You've got 9.5 months to catch up, and knowing you, that will be very achievable.....
