Mine is my Squeezebox.
Not a day goes by when I don't marvel at the way I can have music all over the house. I think the internet radio is fab, all those stations all over the world.

For work-a-day usefulness it's a cheapo Sony Erricson V630 phone. I hardly ever use it as a phone but I can play music, watch films and have loads of games all in a tiny box. And it's a clock too.Out on blue six..

I'd like to thank you for posting this.
It made me think.
Over the years I must have spent many thousands of pounds on all manner of tech stuff. All of it caused headaches in one way or another and I probably spent more time getting most things to work properly than actually using them. Most of it is now in landfill.
I will continue to use my current toys until they bust but never again will I fall for the allure of a new toy. I shall instead buy a good penknife and take up whittling.0 -
