Phonebox direct going bust and Mobile Rainbow messing me about are not the same and cant be dealt with in the same way.
I have been following this thread but obviously i was hoping for a more personal answer to my situation.
Why bother replying to me if all you wanted to do was criticise me?
Why not just ignore me if you feel so strongly about repeating yourself?

If asking for help gets this kind of reply then i wont bother in future....happy now??!!

First thing I did WAS to answer you. If you waited until Mobile Affiliates went bust before following the thread then that was your choice. All the information you seek is around on there, on here and on many other threads. Maybe you didn't "bother" when you should have!

Sounds reasonable. If you could send copies of all relevant posts each signed by the Pope and George Bush and witnessed by Osama Bin Laden by 4pm tommorow I'm sure he would oblige with a cheque 'in the post'.

I had to issue legal proceedings to receive some/all of my cashback

do not go anywhere near MOBILE RAINBOW. PROBLEMS GALORE. They said they recieved all my invoices on time as requested. yet after 12 months i have not recieved a penny after they promised 9 months free. currently owed £315.00. kept stating i will recieve money in 7 days but nothing arrives. TAKE THEM TO COURT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

update on my situ:

No response to letter before legal action (LBA). therefore filed my claim today with moneyclaim online. for the WHOLE YEARS CASH BACK AMOUNT, COSTS AND INTEREST (Despite only 2 are over due). if any one is new to this thread, like me. Do not waste any time. If your first cheque is 1 day late send an LBA stating they have 7 days to pay the whole years cashback up front or you will persue court action, due to a fundamental breach of thier own terms and conditions, then WHEN they ignore it file a claim.
