    It seems its already been through the first stages of checking the elibility, which is why its now passed on for further progress, if they were to reject you would have heard by now.:)

    Maybe if successful a cheque will arrive just in time for xmas !!! Have you had dealings with FSCS relating to Picture ? If so how long from my position did it take for your claim to be resolved ?

    I think they will try they're best to get the refunds sent out before Xmas.;)

    I have had dealings with the FSCS well over a year or so ago, not Picture though, mine had taken time because even though a claim was filled in we were then waiting for the business to go into default, so in your case as Picture are already in default, it could be a matter of weeks and not months, fingers crossed. x
