They said it will be back with FSCS next week and they take around 2 weeks to check all what Deloittes have done, then they issue cheque should be with me in 3 weeks, keeping everything crossed lol.

Don't be afraid to keep ringing, we did once a week, yes possibly three weeks

Can I ask a stupid question? We currently have a case with FSCS/Deloitte in it's final stages and, having accepted an offer below what we were hoping for, we are extremely anxious that it is found in our favour. This process seems to have a 100% success rate on here so is it likely that we will be successful in our claim?

Its not a stupid question, and its something we have all wondered about when it was us going through the same thing.;)

The answer here is yes.
The FSCS have upheld to all to what I am aware of that have been sold these single costly policies.

You will be fine.:)
